She checks and double checks and takes care of any issues such as damaged, or wrong items, so the procedure is painless and efficient. “Trevor could not have been more helpful, kind or knowledgeable by phone. We sent him photos of the fireplace we have and he explained our options re. keeping or replacing with a stove. Even though his team couldn't service/test as required - he contacted a local company and explained what we needed (as I told him I was worried I'd forget on the phone!) who got in touch with us. He prepped for the appointment in advance, and shared designs in advance and implemented rounds of amendments super quickly. The best kitchen designer we have found in Maidenhead! We got in everything we wanted, when we didn't think we would have enough space.”
