“This was our fourth time this year seeing Zippos Circus in Blackheath, and it’s officially become a tradition for my daughter and me! We’ve loved every single moment - the show is thoroughly entertaining, beautifully engaging, and full of heart. It’s such a joy to see performers from all over the world sharing their incredible talents. There’s a perfect mix of suspense (some acts had us watching with bated breath!) and joy - with lots of laughter, awe, and memories made along the way. You are truly inspiring - so much so that my daughter has now decided she wants to join your troupe when she’s older… but only if I come along to clap for her on tour! Each time we see an artist from my country of origin, my daughter gets especially excited - it’s such a lovely and unexpected connection. Genuine entertainment at its best. “Founded in 1249 by William of Durham, University College (or Collegium Magnae Aulae Universitatis, as its Latin name states) is one of the oldest colleges in the University of Oxford. Next to the marvellous sandstone quadrangles, beautifully maintained and always adorned by splendid floral arrangements, Univ (as it is known amongst Oxonians) features a marble memorial to the poet Percy Shelly, a former student of the college banned for his heretical writings. Many of the treasures, such as a tiny door in the 90 High St building which may well have been an inspiration for a similar door in Lewis Carroll's Alice in Wonderland, are not usually accessible to the general public, since Univ does not regularly admit visitors. If asked politely, the porters will usually allow visitors to see the Shelley Memorial, and even the magnificent chapel with its stained glass windows.”

“We got married on 31st may this year at old luxters barn and used the business school the night before to stay and get ready on the morning of the wedding. I cannot recommend this place enough! The booking was made easy and we were given 2 big bridal suite rooms to use which were ideal when getting ready with there being a big group of us! The staff were incredibly helpful and professional and could not do enough for us! The beds are super comfy and rooms were immaculate meaning I had a great nights sleep before the big day! Breakfast started early And was lovely! A lot of our guests used the business school to stay on the night of the wedding and all said how great it was. I would definitely use this place again!”

“On the way to Sonning on a very rainy evening, we found this little gem to stop by for dinner. Very classic and excellent service. Michael and his team was very attentive. Fantastic menu and wine list, beautiful view by the river and just a generally lovely experience.”

“You will find it hard to get a better place to eat or drink..The ambience is delightful along with the food and staff. Warm fires in the winter months or enjoy peaceful outdoor countryside seating in the summer, with a ford close by for the children to paddle in. Also very dog friendly. 10/10”

“Had a lovely meal at Kazan in Oxford! We tried the octopus and tuna sashimi, seafood gyoza, takoyaki balls, dragon roll sushi, and duck ramen – everything was really fresh and tasty. Service was quick and the staff were super friendly. Can’t wait to go back and try more dishes next time. Definitely recommend giving this place a go!”

Debbi and her team have built a safe and positive environment for kids to express themselves and be celebrated for who they are.”

“The Barn nursery is a great environment for children to grow and be ready for school. Both our children have attended the Barn and we couldn’t be more happier. All the staff are amazing at finding a balance between understanding rules, learning about the world and having fun, whilst at the same time understanding that every child is different and having a personal touch with each and every one of them. It feels a real community nursery, parents getting involved with the staff to help make the children ready for school. Our children and I have fond memories of the Barn and they talk about revisiting it all the time. Highly recommended. Can’t thank the staff enough for all they have done.”

“From the moment my daughter started at OBVNS it’s felt like a home from home environment. The staff have always made me feel relaxed and welcome and I also felt supported as a parent. My daughter made strong bonds straight away which I believe added to her development and alongside everything they have on offer; fantastic age appropriate environments, planned activities, walks around the local village and guests they have in to offer new and exciting opportunities ensured her Early Years education has been fulfilling and rewarding. “When researching local nurseries I came across Pear Tree and loved how homely it looked. After viewing it in person and meeting the manager Maria and the deputy manager Joe, we decided it would be a good fit for our daughter. I’m so glad we did because Maria and her team are wonderful! They really take the time to get to know the children and come up with fun and creative activities for them to do. Our daughter’s confidence, language and social skills have come a long way since she started there which is a testament to the staff at Pear Tree Nursery - Thank you!!”

“My daughter had such an amazing experience in her first Steppin Out big show, Steppin Into Oz!! She thoroughly enjoyed the process, and Steppin Out is her favourite part of the week. After coming out of her last show, she said she wanted to just keep doing the shows, so a very happy girl who loved it all. The staff have put in so much time and effort, the costumes were amazing and the children shone on stage, and made magic! The opening number was brilliant and the finale was a tear jerker. We can't wait for the next one!”

“My daughter has been going to MonkeyMoos since September and I cannot praise it enough! The setting is bright, colourful and welcoming and the staff are all so lovely and enthusiastic. My daughter adores her key worker and willingly goes to her when I drop her off, which is such a relief for me as, like most Mums, I easily suffer with 'Mummy Guilt'! I cannot express how reassuring it is to know that my daughter is happy and well looked. I go to work happy, knowing she's absolutely fine and probably not missing me at all! It sounds cheesy but at MonkeyMoos you really do get a sense that each child is treated as an individual. When I drop my daughter off the staff are pleased to see her and when I pick her up I get a detailed run down of what she's been up to during the day, so it's obvious that she's had personal attention all day. The Tapestry is FAB! To get photo updates throughout the day is every Mum's dream come true! You feel like you're still involved in your child's day and again, it's reassuring when you see a photo of your child smiling and having a good day. My daughter's development has come on leaps and bounds since she's been going to nursery and we're almost wishing we'd sent her earlier! I would 100% recommend MonkeyMoos. I'm already dreading the day she'll have to leave :-)”

“Luke has been attending Stagecoach for 5 years now. He has recently gone up to the Furthers group as he is now 14 which he was a bit worried about. Saying that he still loves it as much if not more than he had. All the teachers are so friendly, kind & caring that he has always felt safe whilst doing something he loves. They clearly all enjoy what they do. They go out of their way to ensure that everyone is involved & enjoying their time each week. I just wish that Luke went into school each day as happy as he goes to Stagecoach each week. Thank you Stagecoach”

“I cannot recommend YEM enough! We have been with them for a number of years now and they just keep getting better. Their genuine care and passion for all students shines through in everything they do, from the skills taught in all classes to the support for mental health and well-being. Our daughter’s confidence has increased tenfold since she has been part of the YEM family - they encourage, support and develop and allow the children to showcase their skills on stage at their ‘big’ show bi-annually, with a smaller family showcase the alternating year.
