“Takeaway Burrito. Really impressed. The burrito was a great size with loads of filling options. I went for chicken with coriander rice; pico and sweetcorn salsa with some spicy sauce and it was spot on. Fresh, tasty and properly filling. Fair price too at around £8.50. Will definitely be back.”

“Visited Buensado for a family dinner and were thoroughly impressed. The food was excellent, with perfectly cooked steaks and great attention to detail. The spiral-cut rib-eye stood out as a highlight. A special thank you to our host, Radwane, who looked after us wonderfully. We’re already looking forward to our next visit.”

“We enjoyed eating at the Reading Room last night. The whole experience was amazing. It wasn’t our first time there, so I’m happy the standard is consistently high. The food was delicious and looked beautiful. The staff were very professional and although they were always nearby, it didn’t feel awkward. The dinner finished with a really sweet, personal touch - couple of chocolates on a plate with a sign „happy anniversary”. I highly recommend the restaurant.”

“All together we had a great dinner family time. We ordered a starter and 2 juicy burgers for us adults and kids eat free during school holidays which is kind and nice from the restaurant, especially for families with kids. Even if one of the burgers was not the way it was meant to be, the branch manager apologised and kindly replaced it for my wife and did not even charged for her entire order, including the drink. That was both polite and going above and beyond, as this can be a point of deciding if you ever come back to a restaurant based on your experience, and it all falls on the way the staff (including management) approach the issue and find a swift solution. Reason why we scored 5 stars and we thank Tillie for finding us a table last minute even if we had no booking on a Friday night.”

“The variety was impressive. There was a dedicated section for sushi and sashimi that was constantly restocked, and the seafood on ice—including shrimp, crab legs, and oysters—was very fresh. The carving station was a highlight, with a perfectly cooked roast beef and a delicious herb-crusted ham. The hot food section had a great international selection. The Chinese-style honey walnut shrimp was a crowd-pleaser, and the Italian pasta station allowed you to customize your dish. I also appreciated the live cooking counters where chefs prepared noodles and teppanyaki right in front of you.”

“Very below rated online. but i had pizza from here, amazing. Biryani was tasted like real Karachi style. Burgers like McDonalds. And Pizza is better than other local shops. I always go there in person and greeted always warmly. Must try.”

“The food was good but was left under the hot plate for a little too long. I could see the food just chilling there for about 15 minutes, but I understand on the night me and my sister went a staff member didn't come in so there was a bit of a back loge. Overall it was a good and nice experience.”

“We found Avanti by accident during a rather soggy few hours at BunkFest. We booked a table, left to enjoy more music and headed back. The welcome and service was excellent despite the business of the evening. The food was absolutely delicious and house red....yum! We don't live in the town but will definitely be back. If you're looking for an authentic Italian with fresh ingredients and super service, this is the place to go.”

“We popped into Veena's Kitchen on a bit of a whim yesterday evening and can say with confidence it was the best Thai food I've had in years. The starters were tasty (chicken wings & prawn crackers) & the Thai Green Curry was delicious & punchy. My partner had the Pad Gra Phrao which was also very tasty. Service was impeccable & the total bill reasonable. I can highly recommend a visit. We'll be back very soon!”

“Amazing environment, very well maintained restaurant in Yately. Remarkable chef who cooks literally Authentic Indian food! Must try all of their items because you won’t regret anything at all! Toilets are also neat and clean which you don’t see in any Indian restaurants.”

The lassi brought back childhood memories, the dosa was crispy and comforting, Chicken 65 had the perfect spice, and the chai? Just soul-soothing. “Simon & Jason are celebrating 20 years since they opened the Wellington Arms & it's packed every day when open with regulars & new 'word of mouth' clients. 10 out of 10 for quality of food, service, atmosphere & beautiful garden & surroundings. Great menu & daily dishes that made it difficult to choose. I had the 2xbaked cheese souffle stacked with a mountain of finely grated parmesan & my friend had scallops (both simply the best) followed by perfectly cooked calves liver on a bed of mashed potato & leeks with pancetta & perfect mix of herbs then their home-made ice cream.”

The food is outstanding, it's not licensed, so you can take your own, (or buy it from the store next door) The service, again was great with good advice from the team, definitely worth a visit. The Wednesday night banquet is great value, but you've got to book early and because the portions are generous we had some food to take away as well. Perfect.”

“Fantastic place to eat. I've been going here for the last 2 years or so and so far have not had a bad experience. That includes me and my wife, family parties and using their take-away service. The service is amazing, all polite, efficient and the owner of the restaurant is always on hand and thanks us as we leave. The drinks are a little pricer than I would like but that is the same no matter where you go and the pudding options are very limited (although I'm usually stuffed before getting to them) but overall, a brilliant place.”
