“Highly recommend! My daughter loves Stagecoach Reading Caversham , she has thrived with the excellent teaching and, she’s inspired by their talent and practical performing experience of the staff. In addition to the regular performances, she has also had multiple opportunities to perform in the west end for an evening and also obtaining qualifications (lamda). A wonderful environment!”

    Stagecoach Performing Arts Reading West

    ★★★★★ 5 Open

“Our son is loving the afternoon group at Reading West - he's met such a lovely group of children of a range of ages. Older children who can inspire and motivate him, others of the same secondary school age who he can relate to and connect with and younger children who he likes to support. Each week he returns full of smiles and enthusiasm about the drama activities they have covered and he loves working towards a performance or showcase every term. Yasmin and her team make this fun, supportive and a brilliant opportunity for anyone interested in any aspect of drama to learn while having a great time.”

“My daughter had such an amazing experience in her first Steppin Out big show, Steppin Into Oz!! She thoroughly enjoyed the process, and Steppin Out is her favourite part of the week. After coming out of her last show, she said she wanted to just keep doing the shows, so a very happy girl who loved it all. The staff have put in so much time and effort, the costumes were amazing and the children shone on stage, and made magic! The opening number was brilliant and the finale was a tear jerker. We can't wait for the next one!”

“We’ve just come back from another fabulous trip with Steppin out, this time performing in the iconic Blackpool Tower. The kids were amazing, and all their hard work really paid off. They shone like the stars that they are. If you’re looking for the best performing arts school then look no further, this is it. As a family we’ve made lifelong friends and our daughter loves every minute of it. I couldn’t recommend it more.”

“Our children absolutely LOVE PQA Abingdon - they were cautious initially about performing but the enthusiastic and caring team made them feel so welcome. The variety of acting, dance and production (behind the camera) meant there was something which appealed to both of them - giving them options when they felt less confident. We wouldn’t highly recommend Jen and her amazing team - you just have to see the smiles on the childrens’ faces when they leave.”

    Theatretrain Reading

    ★★★★★ 5 Open

“I've been meaning to write a review for quite a while. My son is 4 years old and has been going to theatre train for about a year. We started going to help his confidence and he absolutely loves it. I cried when I saw him in his first show and loved hearing how proud he was of himself. He used to be very nervous going in by himself and now happily walks in. I catch him singing songs to himself in the car or in bed or sometimes he'll tell me a song he knows and we can sing it together. I can't sing their praises enough Tiffany, Michelle, Bella, everyone helps make him feel at ease and it feels like a family.”

“I cannot recommend YEM enough! We have been with them for a number of years now and they just keep getting better. Their genuine care and passion for all students shines through in everything they do, from the skills taught in all classes to the support for mental health and well-being. Our daughter’s confidence has increased tenfold since she has been part of the YEM family - they encourage, support and develop and allow the children to showcase their skills on stage at their ‘big’ show bi-annually, with a smaller family showcase the alternating year. In the words of my daughter - join YEM because it teaches you so much, it’s made me so confident, it’s fun and I just love it!”

“This is such a fantastic school. Leanne did an amazing ballet workshop at my daughter’s birthday party. She came with one of her students who did a beautiful dance and then kids had lots of fun dancing together under Leanne’s guidance. Everything was as so professional and prompt, just fantastic. Thank you so much. Highly recommend.”

The Lodge School of Theatre Dance - Reading

“I owe my entire professional career to Miss Sarah. I came to her when I was 13, and I know that it was her passion, knowledge and exceptional teaching that won me scholarships to Dance & Musical Theatre colleges. Most dance schools have a separate teacher for each discipline (ballet, tap, jazz etc). Miss Sarah was my ballet teacher, my jazz teacher and my tap teacher, because she is at the top of her profession in every genre. The dedication, belief and energy she gives to every one of her pupils is unbelievable. She puts her heart and soul into her students and her classes. And you only have to look at The Lodge's exam results, and the success rate in getting her students in to full-tine professional colleges, to see the level of dancers that she produces. I am proud to have been trained by her, and am proud to put The Lodge School Of Theatre Dance in the programme of every West End show I have done. And more than the dancing, she taught me the discipline, respect and motivation that I carry with me to this day.”
