“Can’t comment on the hotel but just had Sunday lunch, we got the platter for 2 and the portion is amazing! Could have easily fed 3 people. Beef was a little too well done for me (that’s just personal preference) but they’ll chicken was well seasoned and the pork belly melted in your mouth! Amazing service from Simon and the team! Always happy to help and nothings too much trouble!”

The kind lady made some fresh extra crispy bacon for my pregnant sister craving it crispy. Warmed our crossaints and very attentive. The food is absolutely bang on. “Deep fried chicken wing starter would not recommend. Fried till all the chicken gone. Steak was really well cooked fresh. Chips were a bit dry but not the worst. Other than the chicken wings food quite nice. Loads of space to either eat or just hang out and have a pint. Staff friendly promoting a nice welcoming atmosphere. Spacious if visiting with family.”

This pub is within the Wool market and it has a marvelous indoor and outdoor drinking areas to drink your real ale in”
