“I visited Tuesday evening and had a bbq chicken pizza and cookie&brownie desert. Both were full of flavour and were prepared with love, care and passion. The pizzas been made on site with fresh dough it was simply amazing thr best pizza I've had anywhere. I was visiting as part of an organised prepaid meal through my work but would have happily paid for this myself and another visit is definitely on the cards.”

“This is by far the best ever Chinese me and my husband have ever had, it's not just one thing that is outstanding here it's everything between the staff being absolutely amazing and welcoming, to the food that is just something you can't get out of your head, then the atmosphere of the place is spot on nice and open with a cozy atmosphere and finally the price well let's just say eating in or out the food is amazingly priced if you eat in it is slightly cheaper and with it being all you can eat well it's a no brainer, between all of this it all keeps me and my husband coming back.”

There were only 2 members of staff, and they were rushed off their feet, but still did a fantastic job. The place was clean/tidy and well kept, and the food was amazing and a reasonable price too. “I’ve been visiting The Grind for around three years now, and it’s hands down my favourite spot in Doncaster. The owner and staff are always so welcoming and lovely; nothing is ever too much trouble for them. The prices are really reasonable, especially considering the generous portion sizes and the quality of the food. And if you’re into cocktails, you’ll be spoilt for choice; their menu is huge, and every one I’ve tried has been delicious! Highly recommend!”

“Second time we’ve been since the new owners and it’s been fabulous on both occasions. Such a variety on the menu so there is something for everyone and the kids menu is great too. Food is amazing and the portions are huge so you’ll never leave on an empty stomach. The staff are friendly and attentive and really care about their customers. We enjoyed our time here, thank you! “Can't fault this place at all. Staff were really attentive and food is absolutely delicious! I got introduced to cheese sauce on my roast dinner for first time as a southerner. Let's just say I was very impressed indeed and didn't realise what I've been missing all this time on my roasts! Highly recommended place for pub lunch and lovely Yorkshire Cask Ales!”

“So came here about 3 weeks ago for Sunday carvery. Told staff best carvery I’ve ever had . So much meat selection and vegetables everything I liked was there :) will be my new favourite place for Sunday carvery. Nice staff and lovely place. Top notch food”

“Our wedding reception was held here and afterwards we stayed in one of there fabulous rooms. Larrisa and all of her lovely staff were absolutely wonderful. Polite helpful and very patient with all of our guests. Larrisa was our wedding organiser, and what a fantastic job she did. The function room looked beautiful, just as I had asked it to be and nothing was too much trouble. We had a carvery for our wedding meal and it was agreed by all of my guests, that the food was delicious. So would I recommend this venue……..YOU BET. Thank you to all involved with our day, but especially LARRISA. You are a star!”
