βWe went there recently for an axe throwing experience. This included angels, tomahawks and throwing axes. The instructor (Richard?) was very friendly, clear and patient. Safety rules explained and followed. It was a cracking experience and I would go again. The place is quite small and on a farm / equestrian centre. There is also shooting and archery available. Sat Nav sends you to a farm up the road so look at the map carefully. Free tea and coffee available, which is a nice touch. Excellent gift from a good friend.β

βCame during the Christmas holidays and kids had a fab time. Play area is always clean and the play frames are huge. Including a role play area so plenty for different ages to keep entertained. There is even an option for 4+ to play laser tag! Plenty of choice for food including breakfast. Looking forward to hosting our eldest 5th birthday here in a couple weeks.β
βLovely place, and the owner is so welcoming and friendly! We really enjoy visiting here and there's a huge range of choices of makes - budget friendly options too! Great place for an afternoon out :)β
βAmazing staff, amazing space, engage fantastically with all the various gaming communities. Recently used their custom playmat service, arrived high quality very quickly.β
βWhat a lovely theatre it's a warm.and welcoming feel not a big place nice and cozy all seats have a good view of the stage. The bat is very nice and good prices too.β
βMy Playful world is such a lovely role play centre. I have visited a number of times with my son (3 years old) and he has loved it every time. Friendly service and amazing food (and treats)!! And a special shout out to Meisha for always making us feel so welcome!β
βOur local, local theatre. Saw a musical performance there on Saturday and returning on Friday for a Halloween comedy night. What fancy dress? A great little venue with a touring roster and the home crew.β
βWe had a fantastic party for my little girls first birthday recently at Little town of play. Jenny and the other staff were all so helpful, despite our booking being very last minute. The party was perfect and great value for money. We would definitely recommend the little town of playβ

βWonderful experience for younger kids! The staff are amazing, constantly tidying up the toys and keeping them organized for the children to enjoy. Additionally, the food is delicious, making it a win-win for both kids and parents. Highly recommend this place for a fun and hassle-free outing with the little ones.β
βAmazing place, friendly owners. Loads of space to park and the fields are great. There's toys, balls and equipment to use. We've been LOADS and are booking another visit soon!β
βLovely day out at xmas. The house is beautifully decorated with all 47 trees. Especially loved the enchanted woodland theme with the fairies this year. The light projection onto the house was beautiful too. Only niggle is the two way route past the rockery for the light trail.β
βFriendly staff great activities for the kids especially like the fact it has small world role play rooms - lab, music room, cafe, vets - the vets even has real fish in it and the lab has loads of sensory lights. The soft play itself is smaller than Monkey Bizness but thats a benefit because its easier to find your child. It also has better activities i side like a zip line, a ball-pool and a turfed football pitch that other centres do not have. Food is slightly pricier than a corner shop but not extortionate. Staff are professional really friendly and actively engage with children. I think we would have a good time if we arranged a birthday party. They do activities with y not just food and play. Great afternoon out and great value.β
βQuite the treasure trove inside, if you want to fully explore youβll probably need at least two hours. Lots to see and enjoy for adults and children.β
βA Christmas Carol! Wonderful magical production that stuck close to the story and was one of the most entertaining events we have ever seen on a stage Brilliantly acted with a local twist (Sheffield carols excellent but thought the ghost of Christmas past was slightly weird - the ghost of Christmas present was amazing!) The set and sound and lighting effects were amazing. Our only criticism was of tiny Tim - he should have been made up to look sickly, used a wooden crutch and coughed at the table (he would probably have had TB in Dickensian times). It would be unfair to single out players for individual praise - what a wonderful start to Christmas!β
βA nice, small theatre venue with good views from most seats. We visited to watch a show and had no issues with our seats in Row P. The bar prices were reasonable and that staff were friendly when showing us to our seats. I would visit this theatre again if they had a production I wanted to see.β
βA great venue and very family-friendly. Staff always so amiable and helpful. The theatre is modern, sleek and in a great setting. We've been to a few shows now, and always been keen to return.β
βWe had a lovely time at play valley, my two boys really enjoyed themselves. The play area was great and spotless which is a big plus. We had some food which was really nice and the prices were really good. We will definitely be coming back again.β
βWe went to Hardwick Hall recently for the Christmas experience and it was really good. We really enjoyed it. Iβve visited a long time ago and each time it has been kept in a really good condition. The grounds are really lovely and the shop and cafΓ© really nice. They had a little coffee van out as well this time and it was really nice too. It was absolutely tipping it down with rain but that still didnβt stop us from having a good time. There was also a guide there who answered my questions about some of the history, she was energetic and it was great to meet someone so passionate about the history of the place. Would definitely recommend for anyone of any age, but bring an umbrella if you think it might rain, unless youβre happy to run inside the hall!β
βWonderful day out,an incredible place stunning walks through woodland, along the meandering river, beautiful water rills, lots of things going on for youngsters, bike hire available from trundle bikes to adults. The historical grand house sadly is no longer standing but the history is mind blowing. The walled garden and greenhouse is fantastic and you can actually buy some of the produce at the entrance to the walled garden. We thoroughly enjoyed our day.β
βGreat dnb and jungle event. Best venue in Sheffield and free ! I will say though, very strange decision to end the best event of the night by 11β¦Definitely missed a trick there. Everyone was very disappointed.β
βWent to see Snow White with the family this afternoon and thoroughly enjoyed it. All the staff so friendly and the performance was excellent. They had us in stitches. Brilliant.β
βA beautiful estate, an excellent wedding venue. Signage off the main road could be better, particularly in the dark. There's a long single track which adds to the suspense and revel - impressive on a night. Appointments are a must if viewing.β
βThis was a long awaited visit. Booking is restricted, but on the day we had freedom to explore the house for as long as we wished. This is an amazing time capsule, I recommend it to anyone interested in social history. The greenhouse was a particular treat.β
βHad a great evening seeing Quo Connection. Staff very friendly and helpful.β
βInteresting place to visit helpful staff to answer any questions looks big from the outside but it's small inside will definitely go again.β
βSpent a great family afternoon at Clumber Park. Took the dog and the grandchildren, walked 10K, then watched them all fall asleep in the car on the way home. Really beautiful sights and scenery, peaceful and quiet, great fun had by all. Even better, the cream tea at the visitor centreβ
βWe drove all the way from Dinnington to watch Cinderella and I would like to say well done to everyone the singing was really good and I didn't expect such brilliant singing & talent at your little Theatre. We was certainly well entertainedβ
βMy 2 year old and I had a lovely few hours at Buddies today. Its only our second time visiting (the first time he was only just walking). It's definitely going to be a regular spot for us, not just because it's a great place for him to burn off some energy, but because it's the cleanest indoor play area that I've been too! The food is also lovely & plentiful, and the staff are friendly too. I would definitely recommend a visit to Buddies!β
