“Absolutely first class service from ordering to delivery! The mattress is so comfortable. We had a superking Emma Hybrid airgrid which is unbelievably super comfy and an added bonus was the price! More expensive on other sites. Next day delivery with fantastic couriers. Up to date notifications, mattress was rolled in a box so no problem getting through doorways and upstairs. I don’t normally do reviews but this purchase Definately deserved one. Very happy indeed”

“Exceptional service! I bought a new integrated washing machine. The guys in the shop gave me lots of advice and did not rush me into a decision. I had the machine installed within a few days. Unfortunately there was a problem (not their fault) and after trying twice to resolve the problem I was able to choose another machine. Next is a good shop for me, can have popular clothing and not feel like mutton dressed as lamb! Prices reasonable and there is a selection for 'petite' woman. Be it spring, winter, autumn or summer I always find fashionable clothes I like. Their on line shopping is easy and quick.”

If they don't know, they won't blag it and make things up, unlike other companies. they will find things out. They don't try and sell you the most expensive products. They find what's right for your needs. If they don't sell the products you want, they message their buying team and can get you most things. They also price match and give you the best deals around. Pete was amazing and went out of his way to help. He looked at a few products for me and compared them and got the best prices round. Top bloke.”

“I could not be happier with the level of service received from Les and girls in the office. Our PFT G4 decided to pack up out of the blue. I was recommended to call Les as other people I spoke to about the problem couldn’t help as they didn’t have sufficient knowledge of the machine. Les took my call on his day off and talked me through the testing of the machine until we identified the problem. The spare part was sent next day and in no time we were up and running again. We would have been in serious trouble with our tight schedule had we not been fortunate enough to have discovered PFT Northern. I can’t reccomend them highly enough.
