“Wow! What a fantastic gem this is! I went in today with our guide dog puppy in training… he’s 9 months old and hasn’t twigged what his destiny is yet so very excitable! I got chatting with the owner and explained Samson’s situation and wow, he was fantastic! Knew without telling him that Samson needs to be calm with all 4 paws on the floor before he is greeted. Thanks to his calm nature Samson soon calmed down too and even accepted a greet with no jumping up. I really appreciate it because lots of people don’t realise how important it is that we don’t encourage jumping up and it’s a challenge we are working on. I didn’t get to buy anything today but it was full of toys and treats and il definitely be back to support this wonderful shop”

The vet who saw our dog was kind and actually offered to do a proper cytology to find out what was going on with his ears, unlike several vets we have seen before with the same issue. Her advice was clear and helpful along with some tips for avoiding potential irritations for my dog going forward. She explained everything we needed to know and took the time to explain pricing and made sure everything was itemized for us. Overall I couldn't find any faults with the practice and am definitely happy to have my dog registered here for the future.”

Unfortunately our Blue Boy passed away before the appointment but Katie and her staff will always be remembered at our house and we'll never use any other Vet now... There is a great selection of accessories, all at reasonable prices. They are friendly and very knowledgeable, and always happy to chat about your pets needs. There is a delivery service, which I haven't used as we live locally. It is well worth a visit.”
