“Took my nana cat in gizmo. The lady vet. I cant remember her name. She was so lovely. Gizmo is a resuse cat and so nervous around people but she was brill with him and put my nana mind at rest. Animals are like your kids so understandly my nana was very worried about him”

“Extremely helpful receptionist who supported us to attain an appointment today when we needed urgent advice for our reactive dog. He wasn’t registered but we’ve now transferred our dogs care to the trusting hands of Stephen who dealt with our scared boy with compassion and professionalism.”

“This vets is amazing. The pet plan is really good value for money. The vets are really nice and knowledgeable. The reception staff are so lovely and have been really kind and helpful and accommodating. The driver in our household passed away recently and the reception staff have been really helpful in changing appointments. Today I took one of the cats in for a weight check and he was very anxious and had soiled himself while I was trying to get an uber home. The ladies on reception gave me cleaning supplies, a puppy pad and let me use a room to clean him AND booked me a taxi. I cannot reccomend this vet practice enough and im very thankful!”

“Big shop filled with a large range of medical aids and cosmetics. Very clean store and staff are helpfull and pleasant to talk too. Points on my Boots 60 yrs old card are mounting up for my next perfume! I like the way Boots operate their points when you buy goods.”

“I visited the Boots in Four Seasons Shopping Centre, Mansfield, on Saturday 21st September. I was browsing perfumes for my wedding day, and I just want to give a huge shout out to Rani. She went above and beyond to help me find the perfect fragrance. She allowed me to sample all the perfumes I was interested in, and gave me suggestions based on my likes and dislikes. She was friendly, patient, and very helpful!”

“Our handsome cat Teddy needed to visit the vets as he was limping and would not put his paw down. After a consultation with one of the vets, Zoe, it was decided he needed treatment. Zoe was amazing, everything was explained fully including different procedures and prices. Teddy is a very timid cat but she was super fabulous with him. She put both him and us at ease. Cannot recommend Carrick vets enough. Thanks to Zoe for being simply fabulous.”

“Open 6pm to 8am as emergency out of hours. Grateful to receive such quick service when we needed it for a cat with a glass cut. Was seen within 10 mins. Vet nurse dealt with him so they waived the vet consultancy fee which was good. If your vet is a partner practice all the notes etc get sent over which is great.”

“We always liked to be served by Joan on the perfume counter. She is polite, friendly and very knowledgeable on perfumes and aftershaves. Joan will recommend anything that is on offer so we know the bargains or give us any advice on new products. She really is first class”

“My cat was taken as an emergency the vet was waiting for her when she arrived the vet attended to her straight away and we ended up taking her to the main surgery on huddersfield road . They were waiting for her and attended to her straight away . They did everything they could to save her but sadly we lost her . I cannot thank them enough for trying to save her the cost of the care was worth it to try and save her . RIP Missey you were a much loved and now missed family member .”

“I visited the Sheffield high street store this morning at 8am to buy an electric toothbrush. I didn’t realise there was so many to choose from and asked a gentleman called Ashley for additional information on a particular toothbrush and heads that would fit. The one that i chose was the last one and he went above and beyond to make sure my purchase was presentable and put in the original box and answered all of my questions in a natural friendly manner which for me is the difference between making my purchase in the store or going elsewhere. Excellent customer service very happy also with my purchase.”

The person before me was unjustifiably rude to him but he handled it with grace and diplomacy. “I can not thank this amazing group of people enough for their care and compassion shown to our dog Frank, from the Vets to the Receptionists, everyone has been incredible. Frank was rushed into Springfield Vets in Rotherham on Bank Holiday Monday despite him not being registered with them. They saw him within the hour, made a plan, and executed it knowledgeably and professionally. They showed patience and compassion despite his behavioural challenges and gave him first class care and kindness. They kept us informed and updated on his progress throughout his stay, even after hours. They adapted their ways of working to make sure he was comfortable, and I knew from the minute he stepped foot into the practice that he and his care were their top priority. Frank is now recovering from his surgery and his back home because these amazing people were able to deal with his problems effectively, efficiently, and with such kindness. Needless to say, Frank is now registered with this amazing veterinary practice and will not be going anywhere else in the future should he need to. Thank you once more for everything you have done for not only Frank but also for us.”
