“There is no way I could ever put into words how much Priory and Alexa and Sam in particular have done for me and my wonderful boy, Dobby. Dobby had so many health problems and had so many surgeries and as a result, was very reactive. When we moved from Oxford, I spent months trying to find the right vet and I thank my lucky stars every single day that I found Priory and Alexa. There was never any judgement whatsoever. Alexa always saw Dobby in the car park and they built the most wonderful bond. Dobby would always wag his tail and give her a "woo-woo" bark. Alexa was always totally honest with us and so kind. She always spent more time than she needed to with us and was always at the end of the phone. When Dobby's time sadly came on Easter Friday, Alexa was there for me and Dobby like she always was. And I couldn't have wished for more in Dobby's last moments. She held him with me and I will never forget the tail wag her gave her as she walked in the room. Alexa- thank you. We managed 3 wonderful years with Dobby and I know that wouldn't have been possible without your support and guidance. And I can never thank you enough for being with Dobby and I in those last moments. I will be forever grateful.”

“Exceptional Veterinary Practice. Although I have been a client for many years, my dog Jack seldom needs care. Recently however he was suffering a gland problem.. Jack is an imported rescue and the BVA recommend a safeguarding procedure (blood test) prior to any surgery in such cases due to possible Brucellosis infection. I was uncertain of the benefits, but was able to have a practical and sensible discussion with Giles, beforehand Jack had the procedure under sedation & Giles whipped out a loose back tooth too. Jack is not insured, but I was given an estimate of cost at our initial consultation which matched our final invoice. Thank you Giles, it seems to have done the trick and Jack has forgiven you (almost!)”

“My cat was loose in my car when I arrived at vets after fighting / refusing to go in cat basket at home . Never had this experience with her before with her hissing and biting . The vet and receptionist came out with their own cage and after managing to wrap cat in a towel managed to put in their cage safely and into vets . I was so concerned about my traumatised cat but the vet was so helpful and calm for her checkup . She was absolutely fine when I got her home . What great service - such lovely ladies . Thank you”

“Have to say this is the best vets I’ve been to! Always scary to register with a new vet, but every appointment has been so wonderful. Nicola is a fantastic vet - we always feel comfortable with her. She’s knowledgeable, kind, empathetic and friendly. She always puts your mind at ease and if there’s an issue, she raises it in a very calm and clear way without judgement. The nurse we saw today, Ruby, was absolutely delightful. She made us feel very calm and informed about an upcoming teeth cleaning, whilst also being extremely kind and sweet. Can’t thank her enough. The staff here really do love animals and it shows. The staff on reception are lovely too and always happy to answer questions. Overall fantastic experiences here, I would recommend to anyone :)”

“Utterly Incredible. I am blown away by how amazing everyone at Endell has been towards our family. I moved all 3 of my pets from another local vets very recently and sadly my little Chihuahua was already very poorly but this didn’t deter them from helping her, her 1st visit with them was outstanding, she was very nervous however Adam gave her time got down to her level and took much needed bloods with patience, genuine care and zero rushing, along with help from lovely nurse Eva, I walked away from what is normally very stressful knowing I had made the right decision to move them all. Sadly, we unexpectedly lost her to the rainbow bridge just a week later far sooner than we hoped, considering we have only been registered with them for just over 2 weeks and they only met our little girl once the care and compassion from Lisa and every single member of staff showed us has been out of this world, I cant thank them enough for everything they did in such a short time for The Queen and our family. We now look forward to them now caring for our other pets over many more years. “Lovely boarding facility, Abi is incredible with our bunnies! We had our bunnies do a long stay boarding, which we were initially really anxious about but from day one they were incredible, they let us cone view the facility before we booked and spent a lot of time answering all our questions, whilst in hoarding they took excellent care of the bunnies, who were all very happy there - I know cause they let us visit, which was amazing! They even helped us arrange a vet visit so our buns could get the vaccines. We felt 100% happy having our buns in the entire time. Couldn't recommend them enough!”
