βSo amazing that the dog didn't want to leave. Lovely staff made the whole process as easy as it can beβ
βMy mum has used this vets for 25 years and I have now taken over care of her cats and continue to come here as they offer a great service. Much nicer going to a small local independent vet rather than a big chain.β
βHave to say this is the best vets Iβve been to! Always scary to register with a new vet, but every appointment has been so wonderful. Nicola is a fantastic vet - we always feel comfortable with her. Sheβs knowledgeable, kind, empathetic and friendly. She always puts your mind at ease and if thereβs an issue, she raises it in a very calm and clear way without judgement. The nurse we saw today, Ruby, was absolutely delightful. She made us feel very calm and informed about an upcoming teeth cleaning, whilst also being extremely kind and sweet. Canβt thank her enough. The staff here really do love animals and it shows. The staff on reception are lovely too and always happy to answer questions. Overall fantastic experiences here, I would recommend to anyone :)β
βI just wanted to say thank you for taking care of Bella, our forever loved cat. Bless her, she was very sick. All of you we have met and talked to at Mildmay, were so friendly and kind, very professional and understanding. If we ever have a pet again, we will definitely choose you as our vet xβ
βCharlotte and Ryan were brilliant with us as hosts of their gently controlled puppy parties over the last couple of weeks. The timing of it is ideal (vaccination-wise) and their depth of knowledge was so helpful in answering all our questions, plus their enthusiasm about our new puppies was really encouraging and supportive. Thank you so much Charlotte & Ryan!β
βThe staff Iβve met here are brilliant - from the friendly and compassionate receptionists through to the professional, experienced and knowledgeable clinicians. They consistently go above and beyond and genuinely care for the animals. Would highly recommend.β
βUtterly Incredible. I am blown away by how amazing everyone at Endell has been towards our family. I moved all 3 of my pets from another local vets very recently and sadly my little Chihuahua was already very poorly but this didnβt deter them from helping her, her 1st visit with them was outstanding, she was very nervous however Adam gave her time got down to her level and took much needed bloods with patience, genuine care and zero rushing, along with help from lovely nurse Eva, I walked away from what is normally very stressful knowing I had made the right decision to move them all. Sadly, we unexpectedly lost her to the rainbow bridge just a week later far sooner than we hoped, considering we have only been registered with them for just over 2 weeks and they only met our little girl once the care and compassion from Lisa and every single member of staff showed us has been out of this world, I cant thank them enough for everything they did in such a short time for The Queen and our family. We now look forward to them now caring for our other pets over many more years. Thankyou to each and every one who works at Endell you are all incredible, I can highly recommend the team to anyone needing to know their pets are in good hands.β
βMy cat was loose in my car when I arrived at vets after fighting / refusing to go in cat basket at home . Never had this experience with her before with her hissing and biting . The vet and receptionist came out with their own cage and after managing to wrap cat in a towel managed to put in their cage safely and into vets . I was so concerned about my traumatised cat but the vet was so helpful and calm for her checkup . She was absolutely fine when I got her home . What great service - such lovely ladies . Thank youβ
βGreat experience of cat 1st vaccination with Dr Tiffany Stein. Really welcome, just waited few minutes until Dr come and invited for vaccination- Dr had a great trick to keep kittens busy while vaccinated. Visit veterinary and you will find out what was the trick;)β
βBoth Ruth and Alice are amazing vets - so gentle, kind and thorough with everything they do. Great at answering any questions, follow ups and genuinley care about the animals they see. Always taken care of well by the receptionists and the nurses behind the scenes too, wouldn't take my pets anywhere elseβ
βDifficult to explain as my cat has complex problems due to a cancerous condition. But I have been given good advice and I'm hoping that it can be managed.β

βI love these guys always helpful they look after my dog like she's their ownβ

βThey were superb, seeing our sick cat immediately and giving him lifesaving care. Every member of staff we met or spoke to were fantastic and gave the best care. This is the 2nd time vets now have helped save one of our cats lives. We can't thank them enough.β
βTook my kitten in to get a check up and have her weighed. There was no charge and everyone was so helpful. The nurses all had a cuddle (not with me) and you can tell that they really care about the animals here. Booked in again for the week after for shots.β
βMe and my mother have used this vets for years and can honestly say the compression and care that us and our beloved pets have always been shown is incredible. Me or my mum can't thank malcom and the team enough for giving badger a peaceful end to his life yesterday. You are all truly appreciated.β
βProfessional, friendly, informative, and caring.β
βMy daughter & I found a seriously injured cat that had been hit by a car & left in the road. He had severe injuries to his back legs & spine but I managed to snuggle him in my jumper & we rushed him to Seadown. The staff instantly ran to take him from me at which point the shock hit me & I couldn't stop shaking. The 2 receptionists & the nurses were so caring and kind, for which my daughter and I are extremely grateful xβ
βWhilst not ideal we have had to visit The Pet Vet twice in the last three weeks and both experiences have been brilliant. From the warm welcome on arrival, clean waiting area through to the actual care it was as good as a visit to a vet could be. The consultation was on time with vet knowledgeable, informative and engaging. Great care and not ridiculously priced. Highly recommend The Pet Vet should you need care for your pet.β
βThe vets here are outstanding and so compassionate, when our old dog had to be put down ,they were professional ,bit understood our pain and emotions. Absolutely brilliant serviceβ

βWhat can I say. Brilliant vets, recommend 1000%. Pete and his team are fabulous, friendly, kind and extremely compassionate. Ladies on reception all so friendly and lovely. January one of my cats became ill with his liver, they got him well and he recovered well. Then in April he was attacked by another cat, had huge nasty abcess that was cut out leaving two nasty open wounds, still healing well, on track. Greg, a wonderful young south african vet has taken good care of my baby. Actually think Patch likes seeing him. Thank you Greg and everyone at the peoples vet.β
βJaffa's is an amazing vets. Sarah and Pete are fantastic and really go the extra mile. My cat has been suffering for a long time from a chronic condition that has left many other vets scratching their heads, but Sarah and Pete went above and beyond to understand what was happening and set out a treatment plan, which is so far working well. The practice is also amazing, it is set up for cats to help keep them calm. My cat is particularly anxious and he hates going to the vets so this made our visits a lot less stressful - for both of us! And all of the team are lovely, really friendly and caring. I couldn't recommend Jaffa's more for your cat!β
βWarm and engaging staff, very knowledgeable about their craft and always willing to help.β
βI have just joined St Mary's They have been brilliant with my dog Betty, on both occasions, I have had to take her. Would definitely recommend and so pleased, I pick them when I moved to Ferndown.β
βOn holiday in the area I needed some medication for my dog Rusty. I just walked into Vets4Pets and after explaining the situation the assistants there were very helpful and within 15 minutes I had the appropriate medication. As I holiday in this area monthly I will have no hesitation not only calling on them again but recommending them to others.β
