“Jaffa's is an amazing vets. Sarah and Pete are fantastic and really go the extra mile. My cat has been suffering for a long time from a chronic condition that has left many other vets scratching their heads, but Sarah and Pete went above and beyond to understand what was happening and set out a treatment plan, which is so far working well. The practice is also amazing, it is set up for cats to help keep them calm. My cat is particularly anxious and he hates going to the vets so this made our visits a lot less stressful - for both of us! And all of the team are lovely, really friendly and caring. I couldn't recommend Jaffa's more for your cat!”

“I was worried about leaving my saphire here while i went away for a week as she is a very nervous cat and had a bad experience at another cattery. Well i didn't need to worry at all since she has been back a week now she is like a different cat so relaxed and chilled out so thank uou snuggles i will definitely bring her back with no worries at all”

“Ricky and Karen are lovely! It was my first time leaving my cat at a cattery and they made me feel so at ease. They have so much experience and you can tell they genuinely love what they do. They kept me updated with how he was doing, adapting to his behaviour. The cubicles are cosy and have their own individual radiators. My cat will definitely be staying here again!”

“What can I say. Brilliant vets, recommend 1000%. Pete and his team are fabulous, friendly, kind and extremely compassionate. Ladies on reception all so friendly and lovely. January one of my cats became ill with his liver, they got him well and he recovered well. Then in April he was attacked by another cat, had huge nasty abcess that was cut out leaving two nasty open wounds, still healing well, on track. Greg, a wonderful young south african vet has taken good care of my baby. Actually think Patch likes seeing him. Thank you Greg and everyone at the peoples vet.”

“Thanks to Caroline for sorting out my pony's abscess. She has been kind, skillful and patient. The staff have all been friendly and very helpful since we joined the practice. As a follow-up to my review my pony had developed quite a needle phobia after needing a lot of procedures over the winter. Chloe has been absolutely fantastic using positive behaviour techniques to desensitise her. With great patience and good humour she was able to do a dental check and take a blood sample with no drama at all. Cannot thank her enough.”

“Pet doctors Chandlers Ford are always welcoming and efficient. Today whilst picking up Mabels tablets, I asked about getting her spayed. I was given all the information I needed. Last Mon, Mabel had eaten something at a neighbours house and began vomiting and violently shaking. The staff at the vets were very calm, thorough in their questions and managed to get us into the partner vet in Southampton. They too were very efficient, thankfully Mabel recovered after 24hours. Thank you all so much.”

“If you love your animals as much as I love my cats Jonsnow and Wookie (which is a lot) then Pet Doctors Botley is for you. Absolutely fabulous, every time I attend with my cats I am always greeted with a warm welcome and my cats are treated with love and care and attention, which reassures me that my cats are in safe hands. The whole team at Pet Doctors Botley do a fantastic job especially at helping to keep me at ease when it comes to Jonsnow and Wookie having their vaccinations , it’s a Mum thing. Great customer service even during busy times and if Jonsnow and Wookie could talk I am sure they would highly agree with me.”

“The new email system for routine appointments is very efficient and we were seen the same day. I called on arrival and waited outside, lovely Clare called me back to take some information then came out to collect my dog. My dog is 16 and gets anxious, so although I understand why, I was apprehensive about leaving her, but she came out very calm, accompanied by Clare who explained her treatment plan and brought out medication. For payment I contacted them the following day. They have clearly worked hard to find a system that ensures everyone is safe. Very friendly and efficient service, and I felt they really cared for my lovely old lady. I would recommend without hesitation.”

“The staff, reception, nurses and vets alike are so friendly, welcoming and engaging. I took my fur baby to get her routine vaccinations and general annual health check this week. Two of the staff on reception I recognise from previous visits to pick up flea/worm treatment and there was a also a new lady. All of whom were giving my dog attention, cuddles and treats. They asked me questions about her and genuinely came across interested. Telling me about their pets too. Vets, actually any large franchise can feel a little impersonal - Vets4Pets is an exception. You go away really feeling like you and your pet were important. The vet herself was lovely - she made me feel like a proud mum telling me my dog was perfect :-) She was very gentle to minimise distress. I have the health plan which includes all vaccinations, a health check and regular flea/worm preventatives. So I only have to pop in there occasionally, every time it's been a pleasure with no fuss.”
