This was apparently a problem many other owners had with this car and struggled to solve. It took them three goes to finally stop the leak(s) and we had to essentially force them to charge us. I was shaken up, trying to organise things with the car, insurance and getting home. He was patient, gave me advice & was in no hurry, despite it being 7pm on a Friday. After clearing out my car (write off!) he came to tell me he had booked me into a hotel right opposite the train station - which was so lovely. I ended up getting the train straight home as I was so shaken up. He dropped me at the train station enroute home. It really meant a lot to me. I'm really grateful.”
