“Excellent pharmacy. If I have to wait I can just look around the store. Sometimes they have been short staffed, but hey, life happens, there is no need to be rude to the staff . The staff have never been anything but helpful to me and my husband, going above and beyond sometimes to phone and check on the medication he has been prescribed. Sometimes their advice is much clearer than the rushed consultation with the doctor. Just remember they probably know as much if not more than your doctor about the drug and it's uses and side effects, they are after all specialists in pharmacology. I am so glad we have this in store, my previous pharmacy took ages every time and there was no where to wait safely.”

“Fantastic , excellent and wonderful, I am short of words when it comes to thanking Telford maternity unit , The first thing I would like to share is a how great my midwife Charlotte and Adele were , they were like two angels who looked after me and my baby ,two of the most wonderful human beings they both had such am empathy , determination ans dedication towards their work which makes makes them the most special persons in my motherhood journey, Secondly when you hear you had a delivery the first thing you hear is “ oh I am a mother I lost my sanity “ but I can proudly say Telford hospital maintained my dignity as a woman . Thirdly my post natal care was so good there was always someone available to look after me and my baby as I stayed there for two days . Thank you maternity unit at Telford it was great being in your care.”

On this visit we went into the local library, and what a really nice surprise it gave us. Not only is the building a fantastic example of architecture long forgotten, but it also housed some great little surprises. It has a library, a small museum, a bit of an art gallery, and a small gift shop, the gift shop having some great bargains. This really is a place that anyone visiting needs to see, to which I'm sure you'll love what you see.”

He spoke clearly and simply so that my daughter could understand, she remained calm and cooperative throughout for the whole half hour. Steve spoke to a doctor to prescribe antibiotics. Trivia phoned from the surgery within the hour to say the prescription was at the chemist. Absolute excellent service!!”

Repeat prescriptions take at least a week or more to be processed, you can often see big piles of prescriptions in boxes behind the counter, which shows how constantly busy it is and how hard the staff work. If I'm low on important medication they will do their best to get it sorted, and if that's not possible recommend where to go and who can help.”

“I am over the moon with the service . I was dubious when moving back to Packmoor to use them as years ago we did not receive a good service . Since the ‘takeover’ things seem to have changed dramatically. The reception staff are incredibly attentive and will bend over backwards to try to accommodate our needs . When we have needed an emergency appointment we always get one , when we need a prescription it’s always put through promptly . We do have various problems with our children and their acute medical needs but nothing is ever too much trouble . I have never experienced a practice as good as this !
