“My mother is looking for a new sofa so had a look at NCF Living. Dan from the Stoke store helped us out. We needed certain requirements, but he was very knowledgeable, there was no pressure from him and made us feel very comfortable. We didn’t end up buying just yet, but his advice was great and gave us a lot to think about. We will be back once we’ve come to a decision and will look for Dan again. All round great customer service on our visit.”

“I took my granddaughter hopping to get some clay or I was at a lose where to go as I tried everywhere else. And the Range came to my rescue, they had two different types/ colours of air dried clay. Finding clay here stopped an artistic child having a melt down and for that I'm truly grateful. Would recommend the Range”

“Ordered our sofas from this store and we had the great pleasure of being served by James. James was absolutely incredible & his knowledge of every range, what the sofas are made out of and the aftercare is commendable. James was super patient with us (we were in the store for nearly 5 hours) he drew designs & our living room layout on his iPad to really help us visualise what the sofas would look like. James also has an incredible ability of mental maths so really helped us to understand how the sofas would fit & how much room we’d have either side etc. He also wasn’t afraid to say his opinion about weather he thought the sizing would look right (as we were thinking about a bigger sofa) - it’s a good job we listened to James as his expertise was right and a bigger one wouldn’t have fitted right. He also explained how in his spare time he researches ‘what’s on trend’ which actually have us the great idea of using our footstool (from the Oscar range) as a display table too. James is really passionate about what he does & made our experience so much easier! We now have two lovely sofas & a footstool from the Oscar range that fits perfectly into our living room and we’re very pleased! A huge thank you- James”

“We wanted a different type of team away day - to spend half of our scheduled day doing something that was fun, not linked to work and that helped us get to know ourselves and each other better. Emma provided us with the perfect option! Creating noticeboards for our homes and the office was just brilliant. Emma took so much care in helping us plan the session that on the day my expectations were exceeded — from the venue, the food and refreshments, the training, and the fun we had together! I can whole heartedly recommend this to any business looking for a way to increase communication and collaboration in their teams!”

“Very helpful and friendly team. From the moment I set foot in the shop I was welcomed with a smile. Everything was clearly explained with no pressure to buy. There is extensive choice in the store and they can make to order if necessary. Delivery took around a week and was a lovely simple process for me as the gentlemen carried everything to the room, set it up and disposed of the rubbish. Can't recommend them enough.”

“Had a Spam, bacon, egg and cheese breakfast bap after the footy at Congleton High School. It was the #1 greatest bap I've ever had. The Spam was fried to perfection. There's an entire Spam sub-section on the menu. Fantastic!”

“It is the first time I found a Tibetan restaurant in the United Kingdom. The restaurant owner is a Tibetan who moved to the UK a long time ago. The decorations and atmosphere of the restaurant is very unique. The food quality is also impressive too. I highly recommend Momo and Bhod Jha. However, the portion of dishes is not very large and may be more suitable for ladies. Highly recommended!”

“Just spent an amazing weekend there, visiting Alton Towers. Jo is a wonderful host, full of information and super dedicated to her guests. The rooms were super clean, the bathroom is spacious, and the views are beautiful, especially if you're into the whole British countryside thing. The breakfast is also nice, with great homemade Staffordshire oatcakes and local jam. Will definitely come back next time I'm at Alton Towers.”

“I stayed in the Eagle's Nest apartment while workng for a week in Stafford, only 15-20 minutes away. Helen and Andy have curated a wonderful old building into a delightful combination of B&B plus the flat. I had a warm welcome (the B&B bit - so much better than a code and a lockbox) with the offer of a complementary home made flapjack on my arrival. I was shown up to the flat and around it, so that all thereafter was simple. Helen is enthusiastic about the house and its history and was a great host - the welcoming bowl of fruit and biscuits is always a nice touch. Plenty to do in and around Eccleshall and Helen showed me to a 5K into the countryside from the house that I did a couple of times. Pubs and food in Eccleshall. Give it a go.”

“We stayed for 3 weeks whilst having renovations at home leek. What a great place! Location is amazing, so quite private and peaceful. Such a warm welcome on arrival, including homemade cakes and a tour to show us the ropes. Our stay covered Halloween and such a surprise when we returned that evening with our children, the barn had been decorated beautifully, such a lovely touch, and we were given sparklers on bonfire night. Really cosy, all the amenities, brilliantly equipped kitchen, fab utility room. I worked from here for 3 weeks, conference calls via laptop all worked great. 5 mins drive to Leek town centre. Could not ask for more and have recommended to several people already. Thank you so much to the hosts.”

“Today we were celebrating my sister’s 70th Birthday and what better place to accommodate 19 of us? Some of us had been before but others hadn’t. The ones who’d been before for the Sunday buffet couldn’t wait to come again and the others thought it was ideal. From start to finish the staff were friendly & efficient, the food was fantastic, couldn’t fault it. A really enjoyable way to celebrate a 70th Birthday with family. We will be back.”
