Today my husband and I ordered and they missed to bring my drink. When they phoned us to apologize we said it was fine but they insisted they would bring it out to us and they even brought us a complimentary dessert too. Really good service, our new fave takeout I think!”

“We spent a long weekend in nearby Alton and stumbled across this restaurant, and what a treat! Not only a lovely change from the usual pub grub so commonly found locally, but it was super tasty. We live in London and are picky about our curries, but this place definitely ticked the box. Even our little ones really enjoyed the korma. Just be warned about those portion sizes! Great service too. Chaps who work there were very welcoming and attentive. Would recommend.”

“I went to Lloyds a couple weeks ago to discuss weight loss medication options as I am overweight but not obviously, I have been struggling the last couple years despite calorie counting, running, swimming and weight training. Spoke to the pharmacy Ben and he suggested Monjaro but I have a huge needle phobia, he understood and even showed me what the pen looked like and the size of a needle used. I couldn't face it then so I went back Monday and the lady behind the counter suggested to come back to see Ben again to discuss further and she would put a Monjaro ready but no pressure if I decide I can't do it, very reassuring. I went back today, terrified and had a weight consultation with Ben, again he was very understanding and patient, talked me through everything and I finally did it, as he suggested, I did it myself so I know what to do for the next jabs. I am so grateful for his support, help and patience with me, couldn't of faced my fear without him. Thank you!!!”

The staff are always professional, and although I’ve seen many new faces over time, every team member who has helped me has been friendly, knowledgeable, and approachable. They’re also very efficient at getting medication in stock if it isn’t available right away, which I really appreciate. The bargain shelves are a great addition for the community, and I used to enjoy the accessory stands they had — it would be great to see those return. “ProHort are amazing. I was in the awful situation when after submitting my planning application I was asked for a PRA by the district council before planning could be approved. As I was very short on time due to the bat season and surveys only being conducted over a few months in the summer, I contacted lots of companies who were very happy to help me with the PRA but if I did have any sign of bats they would be unable to carry out the surveys until the following year. This would have held up my project for approx 12 months. ProHort were different to all the other companies that I contacted, Annette phoned me on receiving my email and we discussed my project i.e. the house, the area and the likelihood of bats. This common-sense approach was a complete rarity in all the email responses and telephone calls I made. I can’t recommend ProHort highly enough they genuinely care for both the project and the wildlife.”

We got the meal for two for £22 (I think), with two pizzas (we got margherita and pepperoni), cheesy garlic, six BBQ wings and two cans. Did this through the website - nice and easy. Before collecting I needed to add a pizza to the order so phoned up and was told it was two for one Tuesday so I got an extra vegetable and meat feast for £11. The staff in the shop were very friendly and polite, and all the food was great. Pizzas were generously topped and the bases nice and crispy. Highly recommend.”

Looked nice inside the restaurant for a sit down meal. Looked to be selling some craft beers. Would love to go back and sit in for a meal and some drinks.”

“We have visited this restaurant on two occasions now both times for the pizza which is very tasty and a good size. We normally go around 3.30 / 4pm on a Sunday as it's not to busy and enjoy a seat by the window. The service is good but I did feel it was a little rushed this last time as maybe staff were looking for something to do. Sorry who wants to rush on a Sunday?? That's why I have given 4 stars.”

“We came as a family group of 6 and a toddler for a 60th birthday party on Saturday evening. The food and service was excellent. I don’t know the name of the waitress but she was exceptional. It was very busy but she still managed to be efficient, calm and find time to listen and talk to us in addition to having to rearrange the tables for another party. Our booking was under the name of Shaw so please thank the amazing young lady.”
