“Fantastic , excellent and wonderful, I am short of words when it comes to thanking Telford maternity unit , The first thing I would like to share is a how great my midwife Charlotte and Adele were , they were like two angels who looked after me and my baby ,two of the most wonderful human beings they both had such am empathy , determination ans dedication towards their work which makes makes them the most special persons in my motherhood journey, Secondly when you hear you had a delivery the first thing you hear is “ oh I am a mother I lost my sanity “ but I can proudly say Telford hospital maintained my dignity as a woman . Thirdly my post natal care was so good there was always someone available to look after me and my baby as I stayed there for two days . Thank you maternity unit at Telford it was great being in your care.”

The receptionist rang back very promptly and gave me a number for an optician in Sandbach who could help and my husband was seen the same day. Thank you for providing a local service so he did not need to go to A&E. We love the new call back service and staff are always kind and helpful over the phone and in person. In a world of bad reviews, here is a positive one. Thank you!”

“What a good experience!! Seen promptly by Steven Edge for a learning disability check for my daughter. Steve was so respectful, friendly, polite, thoughtful and kind. He spoke clearly and simply so that my daughter could understand, she remained calm and cooperative throughout for the whole half hour. Steve spoke to a doctor to prescribe antibiotics. Trivia phoned from the surgery within the hour to say the prescription was at the chemist. Absolute excellent service!!”

“Unfortunately I have harboured negative feelings about this GP Practice over the last few years due to unhelpful receptionists, lack of doctors/appointments and experiences of having to see a nurse who doesn't know anything about rashes or burns and scalds - although two were excellent and helpful. What a breath of fresh air it was recently to speak to a polite, helpful and sympathetic receptionist, get a prompt and actual appointment with a doctor, who was lovely, friendly and so efficient. My faith has been absolutely restored. Thank you Wolstanton Medical Centre for such an amazing improvement - now I won't have to rely on Dr Google, spend a fortune on internet-suggested remedies and suffer for months rather than pick up the telephone. Absolutely amazing.”

I've been registered at this GP for nearly two years, and prior to that, I was with a surgery in Derby—which was genuinely awful and actually worth complaining about. In comparison, this practice is excellent. The receptionists are friendly and helpful, the GPs and nurses are fantastic, and the triage service is consistently efficient and well-organised. Unless you’ve experienced poor service elsewhere, like I have, you may not appreciate just how good this place really is.”

“I am over the moon with the service . I was dubious when moving back to Packmoor to use them as years ago we did not receive a good service . Since the ‘takeover’ things seem to have changed dramatically. The reception staff are incredibly attentive and will bend over backwards to try to accommodate our needs . When we have needed an emergency appointment we always get one , when we need a prescription it’s always put through promptly . We do have various problems with our children and their acute medical needs but nothing is ever too much trouble . I have never experienced a practice as good as this ! “Using Google maps to get here on foot, was an absolute mare. It sent me here, there & everywhere. The walk was estimated to take 14 minutes. I'm no novice when it comes to walking, but following google, it took me almost an hour. Never again, I'll go the longer, but easier way thank you. I didn't know what to expect when I got there, as it was my first visit to register, as I'm new to the area. But I was pleasantly surprised at how clean,open & spacious the place is. The staff are extremely helpful, and advised me well, they gave me a clipboard to lean on. They are really informative & friendly, Jeanette was the lady who dealt with my enquiry, she was great. And explained the process of registering step by step. Even gave me directions to get back, that were a 1000% easier than Google maps.”

Today I rang at 8 am for an appointment, only had to wait 4 minutes for a reply and was referred to a nurse who rang me back a quarter of hour later. She arranged an appointment for 10 a. m where I was seen by a doctor who prescribed medicine for me and I was back home by 10. 20 a.mMy husband also received great service when he was ill just before Christmas.
