“New owner was very helpful and polite, I have been a customer at this pharmacy for years and noticed a decline in customer service over time from well pharmacy, contemplated leaving but I will stay now. Pharmacist was very busy but took the time to answer my queries and seemed to have good knowledge + gave good advice.”

I asked if I could use my reward points to buy this item. “ of course “. Was the reply. Then she told me it was on offer multi buy. I rushed over to get another identical item. There weren’t any more on the shelf. So when I returned to the counter. Jill kindly offered to order it in for me. I would still be able to use my reward points and get the multi buy offer. “Really friendly staff, always happy to try and help where they can. I used to give then a call to check if the prescription was ready to collect but have seen recently they ask you not to do this as it wastes their time. Instead they ask to put the request in a week before you need to collect, then just go in and collect. Which I'll be doing from now on. They are always very polite, friendly, and helpful when I do call.”

“The best pharmacy in Crewe. The manager here was extremely helpful when Boots were unable to dispense my prescription, Boots were very unhelpful and simply said their supplier was out of stock! Leaving me without medication. Rowlands pharmacy ordered my medication in the next day, even before the GP issued my replacement prescription to Rowlands. This is now my nominated pharmacy. It is always very efficient and very short waiting times. Highly recommend.”

In a private consulting room she took me through the official procedure regarding the illness and provided solutions within the scope of the official process. Don't be satisfied with anything less. A 'chat' on the shop floor is not an acceptable alternative.”
