Not sure why I waited so long to learn even the basics of swimming, I’ve gone from fearing the water, to swimming in such a short time with Olly’s guidance. Honestly cannot thank Olly enough, his patience and understanding of how scared I was has been amazing. I’ve now learned a new skill and feel just amazing for doing so.”

“My Daughter has come on leaps and bounds since starting woth Swimfinity Wales. Sam is a great swim instructor and has put my daughter at ease while in the pool. Would recommend to anyone to try here as it is so much easier having one to one lessons.”

“5/5 Visited for the first time today , thoroughly enjoyed, great venue. Four hours of Snooker in a private room, where the table played superbly. All pool tables in bar area were being used providing a lively and excellent atmosphere . Drinks were extremely reasonable in price and staff were very friendly. Whether a night out with mates or a quiet game of Snooker, I highly recommend this venue. If only I lived closer I'd certainly take up the annual membership. Cheers for an enjoyable afternoon guys”

“Our two whippets have just spent four days at Hound Minded Sighthound Hotel and I can honestly say it was a fantastic experience (for the dogs and us!) We were really anxious beforehand about having to board them for the first time ever, but Jon and Minty's genuine care and dedication really shone through from the minute we dropped them off. They took time to understand the dogs needs and preferences and it was clear that they had lots of experience with sighthounds which immediately put our minds at ease. We received daily updates and photos which was a lovely touch and so reassuring for us. It was clear that the dogs weren't missing us one bit! They had regular, varied walks and it was so great to see how much they were enjoying their stay. Jon and Minty's commitment to keeping us informed really allowed us to enjoy our time away without worrying about the dogs too much at all. We couldn't be happier with the service provided. Our dogs were so happy during their stay and it was such a positive, stress-free experience. We can't recommend Hound Minded Sighhound Hotel any more highly to any sighthound owner looking for an exceptional, safe and caring environment for their dog. “5 star cottage. Been to Gardeners Cottage twice this year and each time we have a great stay. One of the best hot tubs we've found in the 12 places we've stayed at this year. Garden is well kept and dog secure. Inside the whole cottage is clean and incredibly homely. I'm sure we will be returning next year.”

“Fantastic for kids aged 3 years plus. Our grandson had 3 hours of fun in here and loved every minute of it. There's a number of different water features, toilets and a shop on site as well as a number of benches for adults to sit on and rest while the kids have fun!”

“This park looks a spitting image of the Microsoft Windows background picture. A nice place to take a stroll, there are some dog walkers around, but otherwise it is quite empty.”

“Football pitch at rear is excellent. Lots investment in these sports facilities, Inc hockey, athletic track & rugby. Carmarthen CC obviously investing in the future for all sports. Heartwarming that they are looking at facilities for our youngsters unlike neighbouring councils.”

“I went with 9 of my mates. The reception was really nice from the time we walked through the door... she welcomed us and showed us the facilities. We had the whole venue to ourselves and even played water volleyball and water aerobics with music. Towards the end, there was some really tranquil music as we used the steam and sauna rooms. “Great leisure centre. We came here on swimming competition day so it was rammed. Great little cafe and serving variety of items including hot pasties etc. Viewing gallery is very good and parking is adequate although it was hard to find a space on a competitor on day. Would recommend to anyone”

“Great community space with plenty of resources: GP surgery, Gym, Sports Hall (available for hire), lovely cafe with fresh homemade food, family centre sessions, exercise classes, photocopying and printing available. Ran as an independent not-for-profit by a welcoming and friendly team of staff. Aaaaand they're getting an extension so they can offer even more! This venue keeps going from strength to strength due to it's hard working staff and committee. A real asset to the village.”

“WOW, the cleanest place iv ever stayed. Got everything, even things I thought I didn't need. Lovely complementary milk tea coffee bathroom toiletries welsh cakes draws are full of surprises. Came to stay for work purposes and after a hard day it's like a home from home.. can't say 1 bad thing about this place it's so well maintained and loved.. definitely recommend for family, couples...”
