I had a great deal of help from Steph a member of staff.She was very kind, patient and very helpful. I was able purchase the boots I wanted instead of looking and wasting time. I was very happy with my purchase and managed to get the boots I wanted. Thanks”

“I only went to replace some items. I found what I wanted but there was only one on the rack (I wanted 3). While making my way to the payment desk I picked up a couple of shirts. The young lady at reception checked the system and confirmed that that was the only one in store. However she could order the extra 2 pairs and they would be in store 2 days later. She was extremely helpful and efficient, I would recommend a visit if you are passing.”

The very friendly member of staff was helpful in locating size 13 trainers that were on the shelf and checking on the system if a steel-toe cap trainer was available in 13 too. A very good store. Would use again but 164 miles is a bit far to come....”

“Finally visited the shop in person, and they had a great end of year sale going on! High quality, long lasting and stylish shoes and boots... I love the airseal shoes and boots particularly. The material breathes and wears just like leather, but nothing died to make them! I've tried other brands, but these are a million times better and can be re-soled (if they ever wear out). Would love to see some airseal stack soles shoes.”

“I needed some cheap shoes to wear for the next few months, and I found what I wanted in less than 3 minutes. The stores is organised well and the staff are friendly. The shoes themselves are a little rough at the back, but they can easily be modified to be comfortable. Will go back again.”

“The shoe size required was not available - but instead of the usual response of a shrug of the shoulders and on to the next customer - what a refreshing change. With a brilliant smile and and happy manner declared "Not a problem let me see if I can get it in for you". Result shoes ordered and paid mfor. Text message received on the promised day to say they had arrived - and in plenty of time to allow us time to get into town to collect that same day. Great service which some more prestidgous stores should try to copy. WELL DONE!!”

“I was looking for a Pokémon backpack for my grandson's birthday. A Google search showed they sold them here at Wynsors. I checked stock here at the Crewe store and reserved the item. I then rang the store to double check. Donna, the lady who answered the phone was brilliant. She confirmed there was just ONE left and put it behind the checkout for me so that it would tie up with my online reservation when it came through. When I got to store later Donna was there at the checkout with a wonderful smile holding the Pokémon backpack aloft with all my reservation details on her pad. This is what proper quality customer service is like. Donna is a bubbly, happy and very experienced retail professional. The Wynsors business plus the regional and store management teams should all be very proud of her, their store and the very, very high product and service offering provided. At 4pm today my grandson will be beaming from ear-to-ear and that will be thanks in no small part to Donna from the Wynsors store in Crewe - take a bow Donna, you're a Superstar ⭐️”

“Never knew this place existed. Fabulous leather shoes, sandals, bags. Quite pricey but good quality. Welcoming staff although computer doesn't seem to know what stock it has/doesn't have! They also specialise in wide fittings eg with Velcro for older people with bunions for example. They also do make up bags, leather insoles again expensive. Well laid out so you only need to go to size to see stock and there are boxes by size section for more stock. They also provide shoe horns and socks to help trying on. So I was impressed and would go again. They do trainers including sketchers, clogs, slippers, sandals, walking boots so we'll woth a visit.”

Excellent service too. I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else now, and feel very fortunate to have such a great facility on my doorstep.”

“With such a poor level of places to go to get school shoes in the town I took to fb for recommendations and to my surprise Wynsors was repeated over and over. Absolutely fantastic service. Tracey was amazing she ensured each of my 3 children had the right, properly fitted shoes to go back to school with. She really couldn’t be more helpful and patience with each and everyone of them. “Female staff in here where absolutely amazing. Helped my daughter with the size she needed couldn't ask for better staff in there! I had an experience with a non speaking English Female and her two children who where messing about, while I was trying to get my daughter some shoes the non speaking was banging me. The female staff said she does it lot with other customers today had she been in the third time that day.”

The shop offers shoes from toddler to adult size and casual to office wear. If you want to stick to a low budget I'd suggest this shop.”
