“I have completed a Reiki II course at Equinox and I have found it to be a life changing experience. Even before being accepted on the course Billy and I had in depth conversations on my previous training. This demonstrated Billy's deep commitment to her work and the well being of prospective students. The course was completed over 2 days. At the start of the course we had an itinerary which was adhered to. Nevertheless there was lots of time for questions and for students to share their experiences. The written material given was comprehensive and covered everything we had discussed and needed to know. The gift was an added and appreciated bonus. What was especially great about this experience is that it didn't end when you worked out of the door. Billy is interested in the wellbeing of each individual and she encourages the group to keep in touch. In the future I plan to complete Reiki III with Billy knowing that I will be well equipped to help others as well as being supported on my own developmental journey.”

“Called in today needing a repair to the broken clasp of my Citizen Promaster and was advised to leave my watch with them and come back in 30 minutes. I'd already been to two other (well reviewed) local places - who could only offer me their sympathy as they could not obtain the stainless steel bar that had failed. On my return I was presented with my watch to inspect and was told that it had been a difficult job - it was as good as new. I was expecting fairly hefty bill for such an 'unobtainium' component plus the struggle involved to fit it , so was very pleasantly surprised to be presented with a bill for the sum of £10. My thanks and respect go to the gentleman in the shop who did such a great job.”

“I purchased a cricut from this store last week. Took it home and it wouldn't connect. Upon returning the item to the store, it appeared there was a fault batch. The manager Dave and his colleague Hayley were so helpful and understanding that I was lent the store machine until my new one arrived. A week later, I had a call to say the new batch was in stock, excited to collect my new machine I headed down to bently bridge. However, same issue the machine didnt work. Meg who served me was amazing and went through every single machine only to find the who batch was faulty apart from one machine the whole process was stressful and time consuming however, the staff demonstrated amazing customer service skills and I have left a happy customer. “Went here today to get my little girls ears pierced along with her two best friends. We had the pleasure of meeting Rochelle and Dani - both were absolutely amazing with all 3 girls and even got hyped up along with them to make it an exciting event! I have read a lot of negative reviews and wanted to post my good experience! I work in the NHS and have a very good understanding of infection prevention practices. Both ladies washed their hands thoroughly, wore masks, visors and gloves and all the girls ears were properly sterilised before they went anywhere near her with the gun. I can’t rate them highly enough and wouldn’t hesitate to return with the time comes for the younger daughter.”
