“What I love about Lisa and Satty at Jhoots, next door to Newbridge Surgery Tettenhall, is they are both so caring and really look after their customers. As an example, I had all my medication changed and Satty the Pharmacist called me a week later to discuss how I was managing with the new meds.(Never had that happen before!) Lisa is also a lovely lady and always helps with any of my needs I give this Pharmacy 5 stars.”

“A small Boots chemist, having said that they stock drugs much larger chemists don't have and they have helped me out of a hole a couple of times. They have stocked drugs prescribed for me that several others chemists haven't after calls to a dozen others they have been the only chemist with the drugs I needed The staff are extremely friendly and they do go the proverbial mile for you. The pharmacist will hold drugs for you until you can get there. All in all I have to say it's 10 stars out of 10.”

“The girls and gentleman (used to work here, not seen him in a while, Richard) have always been soo helpful since I've had my 1st born (now 2 and a half).... they have always been welcoming and happy to take time to give advice. I can't thank them enough!! Unfortunately the staff have had some unwelcome guests into the store. These so called guests thieve what they want and harass and threaten who ever is on shift. To see the heart break in the staffs eyes is such a sad thing. They are on edge everytime the door opens. I hope these nasty thieves have what's coming to them. And as for the staff, we appreciate everything you do. I hope the store doesn't have to close due to those muppets. Thank you for everything and most of all, stay safe and stay strong x”

“I love this pharmacy. They are very organised, patient, respectful and responsive. I’ve always been able to see a pharmacist when I need it and get prescriptions too. Every staff member I’ve dealt with is just lovely and really good at their jobs. I’ve been in here so many times and never seen or heard staff being rude or unhelpful. Yes at times there is a long wait to be served. Longest I’ve waited was 20 minutes. However this is not a regular occurrence and only really happens during peak times. There are ample seats for customers to wait on.”

“honestly couldn’t ask for a better pharmacy team! it’s a small pharmacy so it has about 3 people running it, but they work so hard and are very accommodating to your needs. there’s been several times where i’ve been stuck with emergency prescriptions and they’ve gone out of their way to sort things out. not open on the weekend and phone lines can get quite busy but they are a very small team so that’s completely understandable to be honest!”

I've also had my prescriptions delivered free in recent months and have never had a problem. But I can't wait to start walking back in because the pharmacists here are so friendly and helpful, they've offered advice for me and for both my children. I also have my flu vaccine here and they do an amazing job and are really caring. I cannot recommend enough.”
