“The girls and gentleman (used to work here, not seen him in a while, Richard) have always been soo helpful since I've had my 1st born (now 2 and a half).... they have always been welcoming and happy to take time to give advice. I can't thank them enough!! Unfortunately the staff have had some unwelcome guests into the store. These so called guests thieve what they want and harass and threaten who ever is on shift. To see the heart break in the staffs eyes is such a sad thing. They are on edge everytime the door opens. I hope these nasty thieves have what's coming to them. And as for the staff, we appreciate everything you do. I hope the store doesn't have to close due to those muppets. Thank you for everything and most of all, stay safe and stay strong x”

“honestly couldn’t ask for a better pharmacy team! it’s a small pharmacy so it has about 3 people running it, but they work so hard and are very accommodating to your needs. there’s been several times where i’ve been stuck with emergency prescriptions and they’ve gone out of their way to sort things out. not open on the weekend and phone lines can get quite busy but they are a very small team so that’s completely understandable to be honest!”

I travel a long way but it is worth it especially over weekends when most other pharmacies are closed. The shop is always spotlessly clean. I strongly recommend it.”

“I love this pharmacy. They are very organised, patient, respectful and responsive. I’ve always been able to see a pharmacist when I need it and get prescriptions too. Every staff member I’ve dealt with is just lovely and really good at their jobs. I’ve been in here so many times and never seen or heard staff being rude or unhelpful. Yes at times there is a long wait to be served. Longest I’ve waited was 20 minutes. However this is not a regular occurrence and only really happens during peak times. There are ample seats for customers to wait on.”

“Hi Boots I would like to say a big thank you to the staff at the Trysul Road Branch, Wolverhampton. My father-in-law had an urgent prescription but the pharmacy only had one of the two items in stock. The Pharmacist, Halima, called the local branches and found where the other item could be obtained as she was uncertain when the ordered item would arrive due to the weather problems. Area Manager, Gavin O’Hanlon, who happened to be in the branch at the time, said he would go collect it for us and so the prescription was ready very quickly. The branch sent me a text advising it was ready and we then delivered it to a very relieved 89 year old. Thank you to the staff for going the extra mile on this one.
