“Competitively priced, decent delivery timescale and one very happy customer. Overall, a really nice selection of both classic and contemporary high quality clothing. Only thing they could enhance on the website is the product description and a bit more detail in their own take on the product e.g. few more pics (my Nudie Lean Dean Jeans only had 4 pics, more of people wearing them would be good), provenance , quality, what it goes well with and top tips to keep the item in prime condition. I'll definitely be using Mr and Mrs Stitch again. Keep up the great work.”

“I was in tonight, Thurs 6th July @ 7.50pm and I have to say the staff in this store are absolutely wonderful. They were so pleasant, helpful and friendly, I will return again in the very near future. I regretfully didn't get the names of the either of the 2 staff but hopefully the date and time will be noted by management. I work in retail also and have to say they were exceptional and this should be acknowledged. “One of the "must shops" to visit in Newtownards. Fantastic value and I always get a bargain. Most staff are very pleasant, others must be having a bad day! Love the homeware and household on the first floor, Wallis and off course the stunning ladies clothing labels on the top floor inc Planet. Keep up the great work, there's few great places to shop on the High Street left.”

“I couldn't find a pair of shoes that would suit me, I'd been everywhere then i went to ards shopping centre and river island had a few that i liked, and they also had a wider than usual fitting, the shop assistant was very quick and got what i needed in a few minutes, i was glad as it was so hot.”

Giving special mention to the manager Jason and Vanessa the sales assistant, who both went above and beyond to help me with my issue. They tried everything to source me a matching pair of shoes I was looking for and called me on multiple occasions to keep me updated on their progress even calling me to let me know that the return time had nearly lapsed and to ensure that I didn't miss the deadline and loose out on my money. I'm not sure of any time in any other store where I have been treated with such attention and kindness. Other retailers should take notice, because for this shop its definitely not a case of if its not on the shelf it's not there. Thanks again and hope to see you soon.”

“Amazing service, very kind and helpful staff! I actually was hesitant to visit them when I read the reviews here, but I found there the best service I could wish for! I purchased my kids' school uniform and didn't need to bother about the sizes as the staff were very helpful, quick and well experienced in determining my kids' sizes. They also offered generous help when my oldest son needed a big fit size of the blazers that wasn't available at the store; they called me the next day to tell me that they brought his size for me to go take it.”

“Great food and coffee from the Cafe in Flannels Victoria Square. They have a wide range of hot drink options and snacks to accompany. They have a food menu available too and the lunches are lovely. The layout and style/vibe of the Cafe is very modern.”
