“Best sausage supper I've ever had, with friendly staff and great atmosphere”
“Good service and typical BK food. I used an offer from the BK app so I got 2 whopper meals for £12.”
“Our waitress was Rhea and her customer service and our experience was amazing. From we arrived and throughout our visit. With regular updates for drinks, food and birthday cake I can’t say how much the experience was enjoyable for not just myself but the whole table. She had an upbeat vibe which brought the birthday girl smiles. Thank you Rhea as you made our family get together one to remember and after your customer service we will be back quicker than i thought.”
“Great food and friendly staff. Portions are quite generous. Gluten free options available. The empire stack was delicious, especially the tobacco onions (gluten free) on the top.”
“Had dinner on Boxing day the food was fabulous as was the 1st class service from Grace.”
“Very impressed. Got a really high quality, tender and flavourful steak kebab in a crispy and well constructed pita. With a sharp and hot chilli sauce. Excellent service.”
“Traditional kebab shop that doesn't mess about with a massive menu of world foods. Plenty of vegetables and sauces with orders. Good value for money. Portion sizes are huge.”
“The perfect place to celebrate a life moment. I had just proposed to my partner before arriving, and the team at the Titanic Restaurant made the night feel truly special. We were given a private space, and the atmosphere was calm, elegant, and intimate — exactly what we needed after such a big moment. The service was exceptional, and a huge thanks goes to Finn, he was amazing and looked after us with genuine care and attention. Nothing felt rushed or routine — just thoughtful, personal hospitality. A flawless experience we’ll never forget. Highly recommended for anyone marking something meaningful.”
“Anytime I go to this Burger King, I've never had an issue. I always get the same thing. A plain double whopper. A good sign for any restaurant is when they don't accidently put cheese on. McDonald's is horrible for this. However, this Burger King branch in the Kennedy Centre has never done it to me. The Burgers for me have always been delicious. Never cold or burnt. I can't speak for everyone, though. I tend to go during the quiet times of the day, so perhaps it's why I get better versions of the food. Just remember. People tend to review when they're angry about a restaurant, so if it's in the 3s. It's probably not that bad in truth. The food court is very spacious, and there are always around 3 to 4 people cleaning it up. So it's never dirty. The staff seem friendly. Often, they're foreigners, so they're hard to understand a little with accents, but they couldn't be nicer. Anyway, don't be put by this Burger King. I've had nothing but good experiences so far.”
“Food was standard, to be honest not much to complain about other than the fact the fries could of been warmer, however the service was excellent. There was a number of young boys working when I was being served and it must be said that every single one was courteous, polite and friendly.”
“Way better than the other big name in burgers. My son and I called in and it was top notch. The burgers were fresh the fries were crisp and hot and the drinks had plenty of syrup in them. We will definitely be back.”
“Great place if you want a quick bite to eat whilst shopping. Young man who served us was very friendly and helpful. Tables and surrounding area's are kept clean and there is a play area for kids which is useful.”
“Went in for a whopper and was met by a young lad at the till called Toby, lovely fella was talking to me about the football then another worker named Gareth handed me my food and added to the conversation, great environment and great food.”
“Excellent kebabs! The Sphinx has been a Belfast landmark for several decades, with it signature steak kebabs and more regular chippie offerings being a staple takeaway food for many.”
“The service wass quick and fast and the people who talk negative about the service doesn't want to collect their food when called out for their order number and be at random places,I witnessed the staff calling for a guy's order and he was talking a mile away and came in said his burger and chips are cold. They can't wait for their order and go to random window shopping before the order gets called up.Some people are very wrong thinking they are smart. The prices are bit high compared to last year's.Regular customer of this burger king,Always amazing people and amazing service,The girl who talks about vat doesn't know the vats are not displayed on the screens except on the receipt, someone doesn't know how fast food restaurants run.”
“Staff give a friendly service and the place is great for grabbing a bite to eat!”
“Huh what, this isn't a bad Burger King, so why the 2.8 stars? But this interior's been the same since the 2010s”
