“What an improvement and cleaner too, the only change I can see is a new possible manager called Lewis. To whom seems to have all the staff doing jobs that I have never seen them attempt to do before, as well as himself sweeping the floors and behind counters, he was none stop. What a refreshing change, and keep up the good work Lewis as changes are visible even the small ones. WELL DONE”

“I come in every Friday with my dear friend. We have been consistently greeted well and our drinks are always to a top standard. A worker, Sam is always very polite and he always greets us with a smile. Another worker, Thia is also fast and efficient in making our drinks and they always make for an enjoyable experience.”

“Whenever I use Birmingham International Airport & going through Birmingham Int Railway Station, I invariably stop at Caffe Ritazza for refreshments. The staff are courteous, sweet & helpful. The coffee is excellent and the ambience very relaxing. I heartily recommend this cafe as a pit stop before continuing your journey.”

“The staff are some of the kindest, friendliest and patient people I’ve met. I will be honest I’m a frequent visitor to this Starbucks and the team always have a smile on their faces and offer the best service. I get making coffee of various forms is long and can take time but the staff always are kind and apologetic if needed. The music playing always makes me smile and the staff seem to have a laugh and support each other. I come back to this Starbucks for a reason. Well done team!”

Food: The menu offered a variety of traditional Eritrean dishes, with a strong focus on rich, spiced stews and the unique flatbread, injera. I decided to try a few of the highlights: • Zigni: This spicy beef stew was a revelation. The beef was cooked to perfection, tender and juicy, enveloped in a robust sauce that was rich and perfectly spiced. Each bite was a harmonious blend of heat and savoury goodness. • Injera: The injera was unlike any bread I’ve had before. Made from teff flour, it had a slightly sour taste that complemented the stews wonderfully. Its spongy texture made it ideal for scooping up the zigni and absorbing the flavours beautifully. • Vegetarian Sampler: As a lover of vegetable dishes, the sampler was a delightful surprise. It included a variety of lentils, spinach, and other vegetable stews, each with its distinct flavour. The lentils were particularly noteworthy, with a rich, earthy taste that was comforting and satisfying.”

“Dottie's is wonderful. My dog Bella has been going to them since she was a puppy and absolutely loves going. She runs up to Christine's front door and doesn't even look back. She stays with Christine when I go on holidays and I know she is safe and having the best time. Christine has helped turning my little puppy into a wonderful young dog. Who is social and friendly. Loving everyone. The best thing I ever did was going to Dottie's for day care and holiday cover. Thank you so much.”

“We took some friends here as we had been previously and had an amazing experience and time, so thought we would share with some more friends who travelled from Stoke on Trent. We were all absolutely delighted and the staff team delivered outstanding customer service, we were met and greeted by Leah and Natasha who are lovely ladies and what great senses of humour! Guy, Harry and the Chef Jay and Ahmed took exceptional care of the 6 of us. The menu has an excellent array of choices and we had deep fried onion rings and cheesy garlic bread the best we’ve ever tasted. The Bacon chop, cottage pie and chicken parmigiana were quite simply delicious and excellent value for money and we all tried something different and we all agreed it was worth the journey from Stoke on Trent. One of our group bought some chocolates as we were leaving but they were gone by the time we arrived home! Thanks to Guy and the team who made our visit perfect nothing was too much trouble and they all went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed! We shall definitely be back! An outstanding customer service experience in such an iconic setting we shall definitely return!”
