The package included full spa access, a 30-minute massage, and lunch at Sky Bar—all for a fantastic price. From the moment we arrived, everything was well thought out. We were provided with bathrobes, towels, and slippers, and we also had access to complimentary drinks, which added a perfect touch to the experience. The highlight was undoubtedly the 30-minute massage we received from two lovely ladies working on the 4th of February. I, unfortunately, didn’t catch their names, but the massage was the best we’ve ever had. My back massage was done by a Black lady, and wow—her passion for her work was undeniable. I could feel the dedication in every movement, and I walked out of that session feeling like a completely new person. It was truly an unforgettable experience!”

“I chose The Private Clinic Birmingham after researching vein removal, this was not a recommendation, but I am very happy to recommend them following my consultation and subsequent operation for vein removal. My consultation with Mr Pathak and dealings with the staff at the clinic was excellent. I felt in very safe hands. My consultation was thorough and not rushed and all the procedures offered were explained in full. At no time did I feel pressured to accept something I was not happy with. On the day of the operation I was understandably apprehensive, the staff were lovely and allayed my fears. The operation went well and five weeks after I have recovered well. Majority of the bruising has gone, only small localised discolouration at a couple of the operation sites. The cut sites healed very well, with only two taking a little bit longer. None of the sites became infected. I am very happy with the procedure and the care I received. Thoroughly recommend.”
