“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Visited Mellow’s Bar & Restaurant on Saturday and had a great experience. The food was absolutely delicious – full of flavour, well portioned, and clearly freshly prepared. Drinks were spot on too. What really made the visit special was the service. Big shout-out to our waiter DeeJay – friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. He made sure we were looked after from start to finish and added such a positive vibe to the evening. Overall, great food, great atmosphere, and excellent customer service. I’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend Mellow’s to anyone looking for good food and good energy.”

“Noels Bar – Best Italian Restaurant in Birmingham! Noels is hands down the best Italian fine dining spot in Birmingham. It’s a shame the location isn’t more central because I truly believe more people need to discover this hidden gem. The food was incredible, the atmosphere was elegant, and the service from Wicktoria was outstanding – she made the whole experience for my mom even more special. Highly recommend!”

“Went for early evening dinner with friends. It's a very small restaurant serving Italian food so would recommend making a reservation to be sure of a place. Good selection of menu choices at a reasonable price. There was also a set price menu of 4 courses for £16.99 which covered a starter, main course, dessert and a coffee. Portion sizes were good and the food was tasty. The wines are Italian and a little pricey but with the set meal, evens out at a good value evening. The staff are friendly and helpful. Will certainly return.”

“Tried first time for midnight craving. Collected myself as I live close by . Ordered Ferraro, Bisconi,Orea and Flakes. Absolutely fresh, top quality. Enjoyed every bite. Highly recommended.”

“Just had two portions of fish & chips at the Crown. We recently moved up into the area and several people have recommended this shop. I can see why. Fish was freshly cooked and in a very light batter. Chips (and there were more than plenty for my wife & I) were hot, crispy but soft inside. Fabulous and huge portions. Don't be put off by some of the negative reviews here...all outlets can and do have ''off' days for a number of reasons but the new owner is open to constructive comment for any service which you think may be below par. I will most definitely be back and recommend to friends. Tim”

“19/12/2025 - Was at the King's arms again yesterday. We was seated straight away and the food was, as always, absolutely delicious. Freshly cooked and well presented. We both ate well and the staff were friendly and professional. I have been numerous times and the food is consistently good. I would highly recommend this establishment with confidence. There has only ever been one deviation from the excellent service and this was rectified by Veena who couldn't have been more helpful. Do yourself a favour and go and eat there.”

“We stayed for two nights at the Angel, the accommodation was very comfortable, clean and well presented. The staff are very friendly, helpful and happy. We were made to feel very welcome. There is real ale on tap which was very good. It is great location to stay if you are a fisherman as it is situated very close to a variety of great fishing on the river Severn”

“Popped into the White Lion at lunchtime break following recommendations from friends and I was not disappointed. Lovely place and the service from Becky was excellent nothing too much trouble. The White Lion burger was just amazing best in city centre. The place itself had a lovely atmosphere and a unique look and feel. Would wholeheartedly encourage everyone to visit and you will return time after time as I will be.”

“John’s is my local chippy, without a doubt every time you go in always excellent customer service fast and friendly staff. Foods always fresh & tasty. portions are always good. Without a doubt best chippy going. Donner meat well seasoned & wings better than kfc. Would definitely recommend.”
