“Just popped in to Timpson‘s in Shirley. Was served by a man called Dave. The whole experience was an absolute delight. David was extremely helpful and friendly and definitely went the extra mile. It very much reminded me of shopping experiences in the days When people knew what they were talking about, didn’t waffle, but offered to professional and friendly service. It actually felt like a family run business as they used to be. Would not hesitate to recommend.”

“This is a great hotel in a really good and convenient location only a short drive from the airport and NEC. Lovely rooms (really comfy beds!) and wonderful staff. Lucy the receptionist was amazing and couldn’t have been more helpful and tended to our every need. The only negative to point out was the car park which was extremely busy due to an event and what seemed to be a very popular gym.”

“We had an amazing time at Orleans Smokehouse! Our party of 12 was looked after by Michaela, who was absolutely brilliant so friendly, attentive, and made sure everyone was happy all night. Nothing was too much trouble for her! The food was spot-on, my steak was cooked perfectly, and everyone at the table loved their meals. No sign of any assistants initially while l was browsing but Claire came over running (literally) when l called her for help with selection and sizes. This shop didn't have what l needed but Claire was also knowledgeable about other local Shoezones and the kind of stock they currently held in terms of what l was looking for. “Came here after reading reviews and wanting to try a new local place. All I can say is that the previous place we went to has lost a customer. The food here is really really nice. I went for the Double Have and but it was. Kids loved the prawn fried rice. The service from the staff was efficient considering how busy they were for a Friday evening. Will be going to get some more food from here. Recommend for all”
