“I had my kitchen installed in Sept. I looove my kitchen. The brother came and measured the area, we discussed the kitchen design. He told me what can and can’t be done, and gave me a fair quote. The kitchen was delivered at the exact date given to me when I booked. It’s exactly what I wanted, the colour is beautiful, everything I was promised and it’s stunning. They installed everything, inc electronics that was not bought from them. I genuinely had such a lovely experience and I love my kitchen so much. They did an excellent job, they were honest and helpful. I’m ever so grateful. I recommend them to everyone I know. I still need to finish the walls and tiling but pictures of the kitchen will show how lovely it looks.”

Rob and Lee were meticulous in an excellent refurbishment. Albert is a first class electrician and Greg is a top plasterer. Overall, a very good job and we are very happy with the result. Based on our experience, I would have no hesitation in using Serenity again or referring them to others. Thanks go to a very good, professional team.”

Sadie is so lovely honestly like an aunty the way she gives advice, her opinions really elevated the space and storage amount I now have in the kitchen. Anything I wanted she made it happen! Also the fitting, lush livings fitters did an amazing job everyone who sees the kitchen says it’s been fitted beautifully, they even covered the window sils for me which I hadn’t thought of! “Decent sized Wickes. My local is the Lichfield one but needed a specific Ronseal colour so took a drive out. Stock levels were really spot on and the range was better than I'm used to. They also carry trunking which meant I got another item ticked off the shopping list.”

“We engaged 2M Interiors to carry out a full replacement kitchen/dining room, a new media wall in the lounge with a full redecoration in the lounge and hall/stairs. This included all electrical work and new radiators throughout. Rooms that were very old and tired looking now have a completely different feel. The kitchen and dining room now has high quality units and appliances and the modern feel that we wanted. The lounge is now fantastic and the media wall and decor has given it a clean, comfortable and contemporary feel. We particularly love the media wall, which looks great. It’s now a pleasure to use the downstairs rooms, and the hall and stairs decoration has completed the look/feel. The new lighting throughout looks brilliant. We are delighted with the completed works.”

“We ordered new doors over 8 years ago & as an avid DIY chap decided that I could change a dishwasher door, big mistake went straight through the panel with a screw !! E-mailed Lark & Larks told them the predicament I had caused & they knew straight away the door size the colour etc etc, really impressed & within a week I had a new door panel & the better half sorted a professional to fit as well !! Great friendly Company to deal with would highly recommend.”

“I only write google reviews when something has exceeded my expectations. I ordered my new kitchen from Wren kitchens in Erdington. I also had it fitted by there approved kitchen fitter Lukasz. I ordered the whole kitchen including kitchen sink, taps, cooker, oven, gas hob, extracter hood and Splash back. They sent a man to measure up. Then I went to pick the kitchen in store no hard sell. I picked what I liked and the kitchen designer John Fox was very helpful in store he showed me the options and I was able to ask lots of questions. Delivery date arrived kitchen was delivered only 1 minor part was damaged but the kitchen fitter Lukasz emailed them and the part was delivered within 2days. Lukasz was very good extremely professional and super organised. He arrived at 8am and started work he arranged the gas safe engineer to be on sight to remove gas cooker and also on completion date to check and reconnect the new cooker. He arranged the electrician & came at weekend to explain to him what he needed to be done so the extracter hood and sockets where in right place. I found Lukasz very professional and the whole kitchen from start to finish was done in a matter of days. The old kitchen was removed and disposed by Wren. I am extremely happy with my new kitchen and can't really fault the process from start to finish was very smooth from ordering to delivery to fitting. Wren kitchens communication through out was great and was always kept informed what was happening when things where going to be delivered and if any issues who to contact. I would recommend Wren as having a kitchen is a major purchase and needs to be done right. I have included pictures of the kitchen. The 1st picture is the Wren design. Thank you Wren kitchens for making it a smooth process.”

Andy attended our facility in Halesowen to review the work required. He was very knowledgeable, prompt in providing a full and comprehensive quotation, and the work was scheduled shortly afterward. Andy and his team completed the decommissioning of old equipment, and installation of new equipment this week. The work is of a very high standard, Andy and his associates are very tidy, amiable, polite and respectful, and we were provided with a full hand-over and commissioning pack for the products installed.
