How amazing was it to go into the shop after travelling all the way from Gloucester to pick something to see a pet store that has so many hamster safe products, still a few that need looking at.. but someone had gone to the effort of building a complete set up at the back of the store, I’m sick of going in Pets at home and seeing all the unsafe cages, to walk in this store and see such a lovely set up, just for pets you did good, and credit to whoever did this set up ❤️”

“All staff are welcoming and I found our groomer, Sophie, to be very knowledgeable which made me feel comfortable about leaving my nervous poodle. My dog had some matting and I wasn’t made to feel bad for this. My poodle was super happy when I came to collect her and I could tell she had a good experience. “I have literally just today filled my loyalty card and received my free blocks of raw.. it’s nice to feel as a customer your custom is valued the loyalty card confirms this. But I could write over 20 positive reviews about this company.. Iv been going to this shop for months and months now and all throughout lockdown after deciding to find a more local supplier and supporting a local business. The service they offer is second to none, from the range of raw food they have to, to the next day delivery (which is really reliable and quick), I have forgot to order before and last minute contacted the guys and they have sorted my meat out for me, they offer payment options card or cash which is always handy. Cannot recommend these guys enough, they are so helpful and welcoming honestly never disappoint.”

“Went in there just to show my brother the rabbits as he loves them so much ❤️ Lucy was amazing she even got a rabbit out for my little brother to see and I ended up falling in love with the little guy. I was talking to Lucy saying that I really want him which she told me that she can put him on hold for me. I put the £35 down for him and waited till I got paid to get everything else. I finally have him at home with me and he amazing. “Staff are always welcoming and helpful. The birds/guinea pigs/bunnies generally seem happy (and cute) and well provided for. Good selection of products (better quality hay) and a generous loyalty card thingy. Been going for years and will continue to - I bought my bunny here in 2018 (not pictured!) Parking near the test centre can be a pain but not the fault of the pet center of course.”

“I visited the Selly oak store today for the first time. The customer service here from 2 young men ( one on the till and then his colleague) exceeded my expectations. Between them they took the time to help me download the app on my phone so that I could get a discount on a product that I wanted. They were both patient, helpful and extremely efficient despite being busy. I have now decided to join one of their pet plan schemes because of the fantastic customer service I received from these 2 young men. A credit to their company. Thank you guys.”
