“First time using this place after a personal recommendation and I will certainly be making it my regular. The place is extremely clean and well kept. They are also following COVID-19 safety procedures perfectly which is great to see. All the equipment they use is clean and cleaned which is good to see. Staff are polite, well groomed and presented. They are also very professional. I went in with 3 months worth of lockdown hair and didn't really know exactly what I wanted but my barber was chill about it and gave me some advice as to what would look good. The end hair cut was fantastic. By far the best I've looked for a very long time. It cost me 20 pounds and whilst it might be more expensive than other places it is worth it. They clearly reinvest the money in keeping the place clean, their staff qualified and having the right equipment. Another thing - they accept card payments too which is very handy! I will definitely be coming back.”

“OMG what lovely,friendly and helpful people. My car sustained a bang from another driver over 3 weeks ago. Fix Auto helped me arrange a hire car whilst mine was in for repair. They helped me with the insurance claim and even took a look at the tyres as i thought they had been damaged by pot holes. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they even offered to bring my car back to my door (i didn't take them up on the offer but what thoughtful people, i live in Tamworth not exactly local to them). Highly recommend if you have car or van issues. Thankyou to ALL at Fix Auto from reception staff to mechanics. Keep up the good work.”

“Room was pristine, bumped into the housekeeper as I was checking in and she made sure I had everything I needed. The hotel is attached to a charming country style pub with amazing food and fantastic staff. The location is on a busy road but also a 5 minute bus from the town centre which was a beautiful place to spend the day and has lots of local amenities. I would recommend this hotel to a person travelling alone or as a couple for a peaceful retreat as the location has fantastic transport links all over the country.”

“My wife and I have been private patients at Lichfield Dental Care for over 10 years. For someone who put off regular dental checks for many years, LDC became a haven of calm and warmth for dental treatment which could convert the most phobic amongst us to actually enjoying a trip to the dentist/hygienist. I now have quarterly hygienist appointments with the amazing Helen and regularly 6 monthly checks with Dr Sabzevari affectionately known as The Boss. I always enjoy a quick banter with both. They are most welcoming and charming with tremendous experience and knowledge of their craft. I would wholeheartedly recommend LDC for the treatment alone but the front of house and dental nurse support is the icing on the welcoming cake of excellent dental care in and around Lichfield. Lisa, Lynsey, Michelle, and Tania to name but a few are most welcoming and affable. They complete a most professional package in a team anyone would be proud of in business. Don't procrastinate.... “I’d rate this more stars if possible. Wingers for me is one of my favourite go to ‘fast foods’, I use the term fast food loosely as it feels more of a dining experience with the quality of the food. Chips always crispy and hot Chicken always tender and moist Plenty of sauce accompanied with both Milkshakes always spot on with flavour. And resonable pricing for the quantity and quality of food you receive. The price is perfect. Not too little, not too expensive. You really cannot go wrong with wingers. I can happily say I’ve NEVER had a bad wingers. Somdutt and his team are incredible! He always recognises returning guests and always makes us feel welcome, heard and respected. I have nothing but love for Wingers and truly hope you continue to expand and set a new and better bar for ‘fast foods’ establishments. Thank you for being the place that defines fast food and incredible customer service.”

“We had a lovely time thank you. We went for the Tom Shepherd Best Ever pie and it didn’t disappoint. Our server, Toni, was friendly and helpful and gave recommendations when asked and helped source my elderly mother a smaller meal via the children’s menu. We have only been here before years ago for my brothers birthday. My brother used the pub regularly. To be honest I don’t know why we haven’t used it more. Maybe we will now. Thanks to all. The food and service were great.”

“Stayed here for business, rooms a bit dated but to be expected with an older hotel. Perfectly adequate. Superb and friendly staff, especially Tamsin in the bar and front desk. Fantastic breakfast which set me up for the day, no need for lunch. Bar downstairs which has good range of dri as and open until midnight for residents. Will stay again. Excellent location, with parking at the rear and a short 10 minute walk into the town centre.”

“We took some friends here as we had been previously and had an amazing experience and time, so thought we would share with some more friends who travelled from Stoke on Trent. We were all absolutely delighted and the staff team delivered outstanding customer service, we were met and greeted by Leah and Natasha who are lovely ladies and what great senses of humour! Guy, Harry and the Chef Jay and Ahmed took exceptional care of the 6 of us. The menu has an excellent array of choices and we had deep fried onion rings and cheesy garlic bread the best we’ve ever tasted. The Bacon chop, cottage pie and chicken parmigiana were quite simply delicious and excellent value for money and we all tried something different and we all agreed it was worth the journey from Stoke on Trent. One of our group bought some chocolates as we were leaving but they were gone by the time we arrived home! Thanks to Guy and the team who made our visit perfect nothing was too much trouble and they all went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed! We shall definitely be back! An outstanding customer service experience in such an iconic setting we shall definitely return!”
