“Called in whilst in the are on business, there was four of us in our group and we all rated the food highly. The portion sizes are great and very flavorful. The keema and cheese naan was one of the nicest I've had whilst travelling around. Owner was friendly and the meal was reasonably priced. Would be very happy to return when I'm next in the area”

“Amazing. Jack and Lucy have made Dubberley Delicious private dining an experience not to be missed. Eight course fine dining menu tailored to our tastes, all prepared and cooked fresh in the kitchen next to your table. Nothing is rushed, we were there for about 3 hours, each course being explained with extra insight given into the preparation. Seasonal menu that prides itself on using local and British produce, even the Wagyu is from Welsh Wagyu cattle. Private dining isn't cheap, we paid a little over £135 each including drinks. Already checking our dairy to see when we can go again.”

“First time at The Old Bank House, came here for ciders as it showed up on the Realale finder App, they had 10 ciders on ! Really friendly welcome from the owners, it has lots of very nice rooms all decorated nicely with chandeliers and arm chairs. Highly recommended, will definitely com back again”

“Afternoon tea as a birthday treat all arranged by my son who lives in Australia. A perfect afternoon for my sister (who was in on the treat) and myself. Good choice of sandwiches, savouries, and cakes. Very pretty crockery, as much tea as we wanted. The service was excellent. We bought some of the cake home as there was so much. We have been here before and will certainly go again. As an added extra, my son arranged for a bouquet of flowers to be delivered during our tea.”

“1 day I experienced the delicious food from Miah takeaway & I’ve had 1 every week since. Words can’t describe how phenomenal their food is. I’ve eaten a lot of Indian meals & none are even close to the quality & taste that Miah provide. Not only is the food amazing but the staff are all fantastic. “⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ - Outstanding service and warm atmosphere at The Deanery Café From the moment we arrived, the experience at The Deanery Café was nothing short of fantastic. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and genuinely attentive, something you don’t find everywhere. A special mention goes to Daisy, our waitress, who was absolutely brilliant. She was handling multiple tables and customers with ease, like an octopus with eight arms, yet still managed to make us feel looked after. She even offered water for our dog, which was such a thoughtful touch and made us feel truly welcome. The food was excellent, and the coffee hit the spot perfectly. We couldn’t fault anything. The atmosphere was relaxed, cosy, and dog-friendly, everything you’d want from a local café. We’d come back here a thousand times. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Tamworth!”

Lovely spacious surroundings in a complex of garden centre, farm shop, art and crafts and restaurant with outside seating available in good weather Excellent food at reasonable prices. Friendly attentive service from all staff. My only slight criticism would be that the good and comprehensive wine list is a bit more costly than some. Looking forward to another visit.”

“Hidden gem in Tamworth, me and my wife popped in for a breakfast and a cuppa and we’re greet by a friendly smile, there wasn’t a long wait for the food and it came out piping hot, the quality of the sausages and bacon stand out and it was all cooked to perfection! How they serve a breakfast as this calibre for the price they charge I don’t know, well worth a visit!”

“Room was pristine, bumped into the housekeeper as I was checking in and she made sure I had everything I needed. The hotel is attached to a charming country style pub with amazing food and fantastic staff. The location is on a busy road but also a 5 minute bus from the town centre which was a beautiful place to spend the day and has lots of local amenities. I would recommend this hotel to a person travelling alone or as a couple for a peaceful retreat as the location has fantastic transport links all over the country.”

“We were looking for a quick and tasty dinner, Rayu exceeded our expectations. Very friendly staff which gives the seating area a 'kitchen table' vibe. The portions were excellent and the food delicious. Lots to choose from and they manage to do justice to dishes from lots of different countries. We recommend the prawn mee goreng!”
