“I go here often, and Amy has been the best member of staff I’ve been served by. She was super helpful, smiley and not a thing was too much for her. I also redeemed my free drink and she reminded me to upgrade to the large instead of the medium. Just the small things like that I really appreciate. Thank you Amy. Also, the Iced Caramelised Macadamia Oat Shaken Espresso is sooo good, definitely recommend!!!”

“This was my first visit to this location. The food was decent, but there is room for improvement. The service could be more attentive, and the overall cleanliness needs to be better. The restaurant would benefit from adding more menu options and improving the buffet area and its presentation. Additionally, replacing the carpet with tiles or a more suitable flooring would help create a cleaner and more modern environment. Overall, it has potential, but a few key improvements would make the experience more enjoyable.”

“What a lovely place to visit. The food was so authentic, you could hear it being prepared in the kitchen and you never heard the ping of a microwave. It was utterly delicious and very well priced. The landlord of the "Prince of Wales" was a lovely fellow who made us feel really welcome, and the locals were so friendly. I wish this was my local.”

“We absolutely love this place – it’s become our go-to favourite spot in town. The food is consistently outstanding. Part of our family is vegetarian, and it’s brilliant to have a proper veggie option on the menu. The Vivera plant-based marinated tenders with fries and dipping sauce are delicious – full of flavour and really satisfying. The rest of the family usually go for the chicken tenders with fries, Texas toast and dipping sauce, and they’re always a hit as well. Everything is cooked beautifully, the portions are generous, and the quality never disappoints. Highly recommended!”

“We had an amazing time at Orleans Smokehouse! Our party of 12 was looked after by Michaela, who was absolutely brilliant so friendly, attentive, and made sure everyone was happy all night. Nothing was too much trouble for her! The food was spot-on, my steak was cooked perfectly, and everyone at the table loved their meals. Great flavours, generous portions, and such a good vibe all round. Massive thanks to Michaela and the team for making it such a fantastic evening. Can’t wait to come back!”

“This shop is really good value because you can get 2 burgers fries and drink. If you want something for the family a family bucket is your option very cheap for what it has 8pc chicken 5hot wings 4 fries 5 drinks. 13 pounds. Lovely seating option flavourful food great atmosphere”

“Had another lovely meal here today. The place is clean and looked after. The staff were fantastic, serving our party and taking care of the special cake and sorting it all for us. Cannot thank them enough for their service. Also I had booked online and called to update numbers a couple of time and each time was fast, easy and no problem to them.
