“As a youth/open age Rugby League coach I find the kits of a good quality and as my club operates a three year cycle on new kits They always last the duration. The polo shirts and shorts are of good standard also. Have had a few problems with stitching on hoodies in the past but only mention for feedback purposes and would readily recommend.”

How can you have a Clark’s store without any wallabees in there.”

“Well after being messed around by m and s call centre telling me misleading info . By the time we got to exchange some holiday money I was positively at the end of my rope. Any way enough bad here's the good . Money exchange with Connie cupcake she saw I was not a happy bunny she assured me this can happen even though it was nearly closing . Great attitude great customer service from Connie . Honestly this girl is such a people person she needs to be heading up the happy team at m and s so bubbly funny and honest she turned a mare of a day into pure joy. “A consistently good experience at the Halifax M&S. It's always busy, which speaks to its popularity, but there is always lots of stock on the shelves. It's a good-sized shop with a brilliant range. We especially love the Food Hall, there's always something nice for tea! Highly recommended for reliable quality and choice.”

“It took 38 mins to turn a bad experience into a great one. I bought a front and rear dashcam and got Halfords to fit it. However i was not happy on my return to the vehicle to find rain water down the inside of the drivers door and the rear passenger seat. Both the cameras were badly aligned and there appeared to be excess cable showing. When i returned home i contacted Halfords customer services. A couple of days later i recieved a call from the manager, who apologised profusely. He asked if i would revisit so he could sort it out. What a difference one person can make between a bad and great experience. The original fitter seemed to have no time for me, would not explain the system or show me the work.I now understand why! The manager Tom, who refitted the cameras, fully explained their opperation and whose incitefull knowlage made me more confident about its usage as well as the capabilities of the system is an asset to your company. Well done.”

“Absolutely love their products. I have bought the compact bundle which came with the sorm changing bag. They are very durable and robust and i’ve never had a problem with either of them. There was a delay in the shipping however, the customer service lady on the phone was lovely and sorted everything out for me. Worth every penny I spent”
