“Coffee At 33 – Small shop, big heart (and seriously good coffee!) The owner is incredibly sweet and friendly — you feel welcome the second you walk in. . I ordered an espresso, a cortado, and a hand drip, and every single cup was perfect. Balanced, smooth, and full of flavor — no bitterness at all, just pure coffee joy. Their pastries and baked goods look so tempting too… I wanted to try them all! If you’re in Brighton, you’ve got to check this place out. Just a heads up: it can be a little slow because they’ve got so many loyal regulars — but trust me, it’s 100% worth the wait.”
“We had a delicious vegan lunch at Wild Cherry. We shared a vegan sausage roll, roasted pepper with chickpeas and bulghur and mushroom lasagna. We also picked up a few things from the deli. We really recommend this place!”
“Very good coffee, the staff are really nice, and the decor is very warm and cozy.”
“Lovely coffee and hot chocolate. One of the best breakfasts we’ve ever had, not only does it look presentable, it tastes incredible. Clean and well decorated. Also a bonus that dogs are allowed in! Thank you :)”
“I love coming to the Laughing dog..the original in Brighton and now the Worthing shop. The atmosphere in both is excellent and I like all the eclectic bits to buy. The food is tasty and the coffee is good!”
“We just happened to stumble across this place hungry and ended up spending nearly £20 on a bag of cakes to take home! Beautiful, fresh bread, cakes, pastries, and tray bakes. Friendly, attentive service. Reasonable prices. I'd weigh 30 stone if I lived too close.”
“Popped in for breakfast. Coffee very good and reasonably priced. Good breakfast, nicely cooked. Service is very good. Will be very happy to go back.”
“Staff were so so so lovely Coffee was delicious and really massive! Yummy cake, but be careful they are addictive ;)”
“We were delighted to find this great coffee shop during our visit to Brighton! The coffee, pastries, and sandwiches were fresh and flavorful but if you want a nutritious meal I suggest the owner’s homemade savory root vegetable soup! It was fabulous! The good size portion kept me fueled most of the day! Everyone was so friendly. The service was great! Our two times to eat there during our one week stay will be a standout memory from our time in Brighton!”
“Great shop in the middle of brighton and hove. Deceptively large and has everything one could want. The staff in here are friendly and knowledgeable and there are more tills here than you can poke a stick at. The self service ones at least, but noone really wants manned tills anyway, too much conversation for my liking. Anyway I digress, great shop and good selection of flowers also”
“Lots to choose from, inside and outside seating, lovely place.”
“Blink and you've missed it. The cosiest spot for coffee. Small but welcoming. Had an amazing aeropress and left with a bag of beans. I would definitely come back every time I'm in Brighton.”
“This lovely cafe near the seaside, offers a variety of delicious coffee options. I liked my vanilla iced latte. The service was good.”
“The friendliest gent I’ve ever known served me, I guess he is one of the owners. I will remember this humble, honest and happy cafe for all the right reasons, forever. Thanks :-)”
“Favourite place for coffee. Love the baked goods too. Best cookies ever”
“Great coffee & recommendations on beans. Lovely spiced cake & cookies. Really friendly staff who also took the time to chat. Even tho this was our first visit, we felt like locals. And the have a loyaly card scheme is you're planning to go regularly.”
“Absolutely brilliant!!! Toffee had a really good experience. Definitely, the best groomer.”
“What a gem in Peacehaven. Their new Belgian menu is exciting, including sweet and savoury Belgian waffles. And their Belgian beer selection is definitely something to come for. Plus Small Batch for the coffee connoisseurs.”
“As person who cant consume any products with milk in it i was suprised by 2 vegan cakes and i could even choose from 3 diiferent plant-milks. The cake was super yummi and the girl behind the counter super friendly! Thank you for making a beautiful day even better!”
“Excellent coffee and friendly, helpful service. I've ordered a variety of coffee from Craft house over more than a year. Each order has been dealt with quickly and every coffee has been good. They roast brilliantly to bring out the different flavours in beans. Highly recommended.”
“Amazing coffee ….. so tasty. Visited with my sister this morning and on us saying it was my birthday later in the week the lady behind the bar insisted that I choose a free slice of cake to celebrate with. I needed to choose a gluten free option and they had plenty to choose from. I shared the lemon and pistachio cake with my sister. How immensely kind of them. It made my day and we will definitely be back when we are in the area again.”
“A little over 7£ for two pastries. We got almond croissant and a fruit danish, both tasted divine. Theres a layer of what tastes like evaporated milk in the middle of the pastry layers which elevates them to the next level. Very impressed.”
“This is an adorable little cafe that uses super fresh ingredients. The food was great, and the coffee was just as good. The owner is so kind, lovely, and welcoming — I had a really wonderful time here. Highly recommend if you're in the area!”
“Delicious vegan Victoria sponge & soy vanilla latte. The vegan chocolate flapjack also looked very good”
“Best coffee in town right now, friendly staff and a nice layout. Very relaxed inside.”
“Delicious coffee and probably the best spinach and feta roll I've ever had! Friendly and prompt service. Laid back atmosphere with some outdoor seating available for sunny days :)”
“We were really impressed with our Sunday lunch.. both the beef and nut roast were lovely with a great selection of veg ( not overcooked as is often the case in your standard pub lunch ). Accompanied by a crispy home made Yorkshire. We brought our own wine (£6 corkage).. Dessert a choice of Pavalova or Blackberry /Apple crumble - generous portions. We are in the rear garden that offered sun & shade and we had a 2 piece jazz band for company. A really nice way to spend a Sunday afternoon.”
“Lovely cafe close to the seaside of Brighton! The staff are very friendly and accommodating and the service is very quick. The cafe itself is very clean and well kept. I tried their iced matcha as it was advertised outside on a placard, and it didn’t disappoint!- not too bitter, not too sweet. I also tried the pistachio croissant which tasted very fresh and had a decent amount of filling! Overall great cafe!”
“The staff were very welcoming, the coffee was very good that I needed another one. The cafe was cozy and had an inviting atmosphere, seating for lounging and a working space aswell, Overall a lovely place to go with FREE parking too”
