“Very good vets, they looked after our dog Billy for about 12yrs. Pablo the vet is very friendly and knowledgable. Always happy to explain any issues in detail. Reception staff are friendly and welcoming and the whole staff that dealt with Billy on his last day did it in a caring manner.”

She did everything she could for him and then recommended next best step was referral which I did and it was the best thing for Mog. “We have been taking our dog to Cherry Tree for a few years now and we can’t be more satisfied. Whether it’s daycare, short stay or a 2-week stay, our dog is always happy to go and comfortable. During our last holiday the staff was so nice to send us some pictures of him when we asked. He gets all the walks, socialisation, treats and cuddles that he needs to have a happy stay. Everyone is great with dogs and they really care for them. For us it’s surely piece of mind while we’re away. Thank you!”

“Friendly, attentive and highly experienced, the staff at Hammerpond are second to none. Our rescue dog was nervous at his first booking, but the staff handled it so well he was soon wagging his tail and enjoying being fussed over. The staff seem genuinely interested in each dog and are quick to pick up on each pet's preferences and sociability. The enclosed grass paddock is a big plus - other kennels I looked at only had a concrete or astroturf exercise area. It's wonderful to be able to leave our dog with such professionals and I can't recommend Hammerpond Kennels highly enough.”

“Our golden retriever's first proper floofing session by a professional floofer - so of course we worried that he would be worried. Also, he's a proper unit of a dog. None of this was any problem though - Woozlebears are caring, experienced and do a fantastic job. Highly recommend.”

“Our older cat was getting rather poorly, thyroid, kidneys and liver. A couple of months later after her appointment, she had seizures. We had to help her cross the rainbow bridge. I cannot praise Pet Doctors enough, they were gentle, compassionate, caring, kind and that's just how they were with us! Absolute wrecks that we were. She was not scared when she went and that is in large part thanks to Pet Doctors. Two weeks later, a card appeared in our post with a small packet of sunflowers, from Pet Doctors, giving their sympathy, this was a very sweet and appreciated action which touched us deeply. The sunflowers have been sowed where she rests. Thank you Pet Doctors x”
