“We stayed at Bath Townhouse this weekend as a party of 7 hens and 1 bride to be, on the ground floor. What a fabulous place it is! It's in a really central location, so we could get to all the places we needed to within 5-10 mins on foot. It has chic decor, plenty of room and an awesome "cavern" area for parties. We were given everything we needed as well. The beds are so comfy I fell asleep immediately!! A must stay if you're going to Bath in a big group. Thank you for hosting us!”

“We cannot rate Samantha highly enough... If we could rate higher than a 5 we would. The service provided was 5* plus! Our moving process was stressful (like most!) And Samantha supported us more than we imagined possible! She found out information when the solicitors were hard to get hold of. She gave us continuous updates and was ALWAYS at the end of the phone / email. Right from the beginning, we liked Samantha's warmth and she felt very genuine. We were really pleased with the photos and videos took of our home, they showed the house in the best light without being misleading. The house was online very quickly, and she notified us once it was on Rightmove (etc) so we could see it. Samantha was very clear and gave good updates when we had viewings. Once we received our offer, we felt comfortable to ask and take advice from Samantha but never felt pushed into a decision. We honestly would recommend Adre to anyone looking to sell in the area. We aren't currently looking at moving again soon, but if / when we do, we will definitely go straight back to Adre!”

And walking distance access to Cheddar town with all the attractions and good base for walks and excursions around the Gorge and Caves. “We had a very pleasant stay here over a weekend in October 2024. There were 10 of us so had to book the Deluxe apartment and a three-bedroom house too. It was very easy to coordinate with the staff and checking in was a breeze. They showed us the parking spaces and briefed about the gate operations too. The rooms, sitting areas and the toilets were very clean and well-kept. Bread, milk, butter, jam and cereal were available too for breakfast. This place is located in a nice area surrounded by a lot of greenery and farm animals. Definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a calm stay at a reasonable price”
