“We rented in this building for just over a year. It's a lively neighbourhood in the summer months with people cooking outside and celebrating time with friends and family which was always really nice to see. I saw that there was a mention of a lot of noise in previous reviews; when my tenancy started there were a few Air BnB's making noise but once we contacted the management company this was dealt with promptly and didn't happen again. For the rest of my time there, any noise that I did hear was what you'd expect if you're living above and below people. Bike shed did get broken into but again, the management company sorted this quickly with new locks and it didn't happen again. I had lovely neighbours and everyone in the block was a part of a Whatsapp group which gave the place a lovely community feel. The flats are big and bright and have a lot of character which I really liked in comparison to other places in Bristol. The location is absolutely brilliant with some great bakeries 2 minutes away, Cabot Circus on your doorstep and easy access to other areas like Montpellier, Cotham, Redland, Clifton, the harbour and the Bristol to Bath cycle path. St Pauls is a diverse neighbourhood with a great buzz about it; people are friendly and there's some beautiful green spaces close by too. I'd definitely live here again, sad to have left.”

“V-lets are hands down the best letting agents that I have ever had the joy of letting from in 8 years of renting properties across various Cities in the UK. Any problem no matter how big or small during my time as tenant with them was sorted out (Often first hand!) by Violet straight away - no delays and no hassle. When letting from V-lets you very much feel that they are on your side as much as the Landlords which is often not the case with other letting agents - particularly in high value property areas such as Bath. In addition to being very efficient, polite and hard working I can also say they are great fun to work with and I now actually count Violet as a friend too - how many letting agents can you say that about? If I ever move back to Bath and am looking to rent Violet will be the first person that I call and I'd have no hesitation in recommending her and the rest of the V-Lets team to anyone looking to do the same.”

Staff are friendly and helpful; location is ideal, situated only two minutes from campus, with access to numerous cafes and shops on Park Street, as well as the lovely Brandon Hill on your doorstep for a convenient stroll whenever you feel like it. It is also easy to walk into the city centre or Clifton Village.”

“I rented from Temple Homes for 5 years and the staff working there have been great. They solved any issues around the flat quickly from a complete boiler replacement down to little niggles with shower screen and light fixtures. All the staff are very helpful and polite, and even arranged visits so that they didn't clash with meetings etc while I was working from home. They were very accommodating during the move out process too and let me hand the keys back after midday as I had some things that needed doing in the morning before I left. It only took them a couple of working days to start the deposit repayment process as well.”

“A great place to stay! This property is located just a 10–15 minute walk from the city center, making it very convenient. The stay was hassle-free, no landlord disturbances and no issues with late check-in. Overall, it’s a comfortable and pleasant place in a nice location. There's a good pub with food located just behind the house — a great spot for a couple or singles.”

“Murrays have proved to be an excellent letting agency. All processes were easy and professional and the guys in the office were friendly and helpful. They seem to work extremely hard, which does mean that requests are prioritised and you may not get immediate responses for problems that are not deemed urgent. However, I think this is simply the state of the rental market and the lack of care from landlords, rather than a problem with Murrays. In return for a little bit of a hands off approach to letting, you get a property which is very good value for money and a good and fair team of letting agents. By far the best experience I've had renting in Bristol. Would strongly recommend.”

After some horrific letting experiences as a student, City Property Lets were a breath of fresh air- they treated me and my housemates with respect and worked hard to help us feel as home as possible in our new flat. “I really loved my time at Lakeshore and will have fond memories of lazy Sundays mornings gazing over the lake. The Lakeshore apartments are reasonably priced and offer some great features. The shops are two minutes away and you get 1gbps internet speeds available. The Urban splash staff couldn't do enough in my experience, always helpful, professional and any issues i had were always promptly address. Summary: Views are amazing; Urban Splash team were great; shopping is two minutes away; safe and secure (24h security); Modern apartments; reasonably priced”

“We have rented with Liane Hanks Residential for just over a year, and our experience has been excellent. They have always been professional and friendly during inspections and are consistently happy to help with any issues, whether over the phone or by email. Their responses are quick, and whenever we’ve asked for advice or recommendations, they’ve offered support straight away. The check-in process was also very thorough. They provided lots of helpful information, including guidance on keeping the property mould-free, which we really appreciated. The inventory report, carried out by a third party, was extremely detailed, and we were given seven days to add our own comments and photos to ensure a fair and accurate representation of the property. We are due to vacate the property soon and have already been sent detailed cleaning advice outlining exactly how to leave each room, along with a copy of our inventory so we can compare and ensure everything is left as it was found (minus fair wear and tear). When we’ve had questions about what counts as wear and tear, they were happy to advise us clearly and honestly. Thank you Hayley, Liane, Jacey, and Laura for everything you have ever done for us. We cannot thank them enough for the service they have provided us and would highly recommend them.”

“We've been living here for 5yrs almost and love it. The place is unique and the views are beautiful. Yes there were teething issues as it's a complicated site but it runs smoothly now. Can't believe all the bad reviews. People bitter about not getting a parking space when they were freeloading for years! Their own fault. Not had any issues at all with our apartment. It's a beautiful, secure and convenient place to live. Some of the reviews written on here are more of a reflection on the person who has written it! Every one of our neighbors is great, never had an issue. Whenever there has been a problem resident RMG have dealt with it swiftly. Just a pity the 100's of happy residents here don't bother writing reviews.”
