“I don’t understand why this store has only 3.5 stars – it’s well-stocked and has a great selection of products. Today, my partner found a Nolina, a potted plant she had been searching for everywhere, and she’s absolutely thrilled! A solid supermarket with good variety and convenient shopping. Definitely deserves a higher rating!”

“Really pleased with the service provided my Mad4Tools. Have never had any issues when placing orders and pleased with the competitive prices and fast delivery. However, to top it off, very surprised at how accommodating they were when I informed them that a battery had gone faulty. They contacted the manufacturers themselves and although they advised that batteries are not covered under warranty, out of their good will Mad4Tools ordered a replacement for us which arrived very quickly. It's very rare these days to get this level of customer service so I am very impressed and grateful towards Mad4Tools and their staff.”

He went out of his way to provide excellent customer service, even going to check in the back of the store for me and he found the item I needed.”

“Having read quite a few very negative reviews about Scholars of Bath, I am able to report that my experience today, when I took my grandson in for his school uniform was nothing but positive. Despite there being quite a few people already in the shop, we were dealt with promptly and efficiently by the manager. She advised, assisted and prompted in a friendly and knowledgeable way throughout. She was happy to fetch different sizes and offer advice and we never felt rushed or pressured. My grandson's comment to me as we left the shop was 'She was nice...'”

“Very good quality products sold here. However, the purpose of my review is mainly dedicated to one of your employees. A huge praise to Rash. His motivation felt very unique and characteristic. That's somebody you would distinguish among a quite-quitting dozen of other people. He greeted me as we bumped into each other in the shop, and gave me good advice for my shopping after listening to my needs. He helped find a good deal, saved me time and possible shopping mistakes(his solid product knowledge also scores 10/10). I must have visited Sports Direct around five times, but always left empty handed. This time instead, a genuine asked "Hi there! How are you?" made the difference, and actually gave me a positive mindset to opt for quality, other than low cost quantity rubbish. Such a kind of individual sadly remains a rarity nowdays, and I think a promotion is the least he would deserve. May they be recognised as a good example. Call the man in the office and let him know that his service is much appreciated. Bless”
