“I regularly visit the Flannels store in Bath as the staff are very friendly and you never feel pressure to buy when in the store. Whenever I've visited I've received the same level of welcome and help - even if I'm just browsing the latest season. When I've asked for help with finding things - staff have been willing to help and have also given their opinion on different brand fits from their own experience of the brands. They never come across judgemental at all, which is rare for a luxury designer store. They are always polite to me whether I'm spending £40 or £400. Which is why I go back regularly. The prices are what I expect of the store - previously I would have to go to Bristol, Swindon or London to find the same designer Brands.”

“Very nice clean shop, well stocked and excellently staffed. As I am a disabled person of colour I often find it hard shopping but was helped massively by the staff and even had my basket carried around and filled by a young female member of staff (her name escapes me). Thank you to the staff for being so kind and also keeping the store in such good condition!”

“A well stocked, large House of Fraser in the Cabot Circus centre. The range of brands is great compared to Debenhams and they even give Selfridges a run for their money. Sales are frequent and include most high end brands like Ralph Lauren, Hugo Boss and many more. The customer service is great and the, very quiet cafe serves delicious dishes. Park in the Galleries if you want to shop the rest of Broadmead.”

“We ordered a baby car seat and base after reading mixed reviews about delivery issues. Initially hesitant, we decided to proceed due to the unbeatable price compared to other retailers. Placed the order on 12/02/2025 at midnight, and it arrived via DPD on 19/02/2025. Everything was perfectly packaged, and the products were exactly as described. No issues whatsoever. “Was in store early today picking out trainers, store has extremely helpful and welcoming staff members, but wanted to give extra praise to one in particular (Kam Law). Not often that staff stand out, but he was extremely helpful, seen me checking out padding for shoes and offered a pair that suited my needs perfectly without being asked, definitely went above and beyond to ensure we had a nice easy experience in store.”

“I have to give a huge 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️to ASMA the store assistant who opened a till for me yesterday as I was in a rush for an appointment. No other staff opened it till for me they all sent me to “self scanning” till which was really busy. I’m a manager myself so I look at Customer Service very closely and it times like this when you have to recognise the difference between who’s really pushing your store values and corporate ethics. So a huge THANK YOU ASMA for taking the initiative to open up a till I really appreciate ASMA and this is what makes her Customer Service GREAT above all else. My feedback for the other staff is speak to your customers, build a relationship, know who shopping in your store and push yourselves for higher Customer Service. Customer excellence’s key.”

“Nice convenience store, with ready to eat food. It’s perfect for when you arrive at late hours and have to catch the bus or a coach. The staff is really nice and helpful and there a lot to choose from, even late in the evening. The prices are not that high, just fair enough considering you are buying at a M&S at an airport.”
