“We had a great time today. It was the first time either myself or my son had tried paddleboarding, so we had a lesson with one of the instructors, Cam. He was great. He explained everything clearly and was very pleasant, knowledgeable and patient. We both managed to stand up on our boards. It was busy, which was to be expected on a warm, summer holiday Sunday, but all of the staff were friendly and welcoming. I am sure we will be back!”

She came back after what she was doing and I have to say she is a breath of fresh air. Polite friendly and more than happy to assist. The level of customer service Holly gave us was nothing but outstanding. Premium customer care and Bath Sketchers are very lucky to have this bright member of Staff. She was so helpful and brought lots of accessories into the changing rooms for me to try with the dresses. She didn’t put any pressure on me to buy, but suggested I went and had a break before deciding. I hadn’t made a special appointment but was treated as if I had. They needed a bit more than first anticipated, so he ordered in the parts and got them fixed up to be like new bikes for a very reasonable price within a few days, even giving us some discounts and freebies. I settled for this lampshade (£30) but I’ll be going back for cushions, notebooks, jewellery, greetings cards, maybe some clothes - it would be a great place for buying gifts. Everything has a luxury feel but is still reasonably priced. Also a really friendly vibe.”
