“I ordered a tile cutting disc on click and collect on the 21st October, when I arived payment had not been excepted, no problem I bought the item and paid over the counter. After returning home payment for £73.18 had been taken twice. I rang the branch and was told I wouuld get a refund but it would take a while. The next week I was contacted to say my item was at Radstock waiting collection. I explained the above and was told Item would go back into stock and I would get my refund. The staff were first class at radstock bra nch. Head Office I would like my refund PLEASE!!”

Would highly recommend this company.”

“We had a new boiler and radiators installed and associated pipework updated. The engineer who initially inspected the old boiler explained clearly what the problems were, and the owner came to do a thorough review and confirmed what was needed to get the system back up and running. The job was then booked in and undertaken on the agreed date in a highly efficient manner. The engineers who undertook the work were extremely professional and did a great job. Customer service was excellent throughout the project, and after care service likewise excellent. We would thoroughly recommend Plumbright, which is one of the best plumbing and heating firms we have encountered, and will definitely use them again.”

“I had my old car serviced and MOT'd here, the guys were always friendly and helpful, during my service it came to light that I needed a coolant pump replacing which wasn't ideal, but I knew it was likely as I was losing coolant. The price was reasonable, and the work was carried out as fast as they could get the part. Where they really went above and beyond was 6 months later when I started to notice coolant loss again, I took the car back having had a look myself and seeing there was liquid dripping from somewhere. They called me up and told me that the head gasket was going (was something I was worried about as I had noticed excess smoke out the back but hoped it was just the time of year) rather than charge me an arm and a leg to replace the gasket or fix it temporarily for cheap they advised me to get rid of the car. Then when I went to pick the car up, they didn't even charge me for the time they spent, they did me a real solid and have probably saved me a lot of money in the long run. I wouldn't trust my car anywhere else.”

“Tom from heads apart has completed 2 guttering repairs and fitted new gutters to our conservatory , we have Tom coming over again to fix our guttering on our large summerhouse combo, Heads apart are reliable, friendly and have carried out all the jobs in a first class manner all at a very reasonable price, extremely professional, leaves all areas in a very tidy state afterwards , great quality fittings also.”
