“Supplied a kitchen to our parents, they were very pleased with the personal service the owner gave them, the kitchen design had to incorporate safety for dads dementia and every detail was covered even down to the handles that dad could manage. The kitchen was able to be price matched to Howdens which was unexpected. Will definitely be using them again for our kitchen.”

“I had a leaking tap and couldn’t see any makers marks, which meant I had no chance of finding the right nitrile washers online. I spoke to the guys in Plumbase and they suggested that I bring the tap in to find a match. They absolutely nailed it, result a leak free tap which saved me lots of hassle having to replace the whole unit. Thank you to a very friendly bunch of guys.”

“In August this year, I visited Hobbs on Milsom Street to buy a smart black dress for my Father's funeral ( having failed to find anything but flimsy summer dresses elsewhere on the High Street!) The reason for this review is not for the clothes (we know Hobbs clothes are well-made and fit great) but for the service I received, especially at such a sad time. Michele was wonderful - such a kind lady, willing to help, advise, fetch other options and just listen. She made me feel like I was her only customer that morning, with none of the 'hard sell' you might get elsewhere. I felt smart at the funeral, that I did my Dad proud. I told the funeral guests the story behind my dress, and the wonderful Michele, when they complimented my dress. Thank you!”

He does a truly amazing job, protects the rest of the house as he brings parts in, and is quiet and respectful while working. “I want to say a huge thank you to Mark and Denise for such excellent customer care! We bought a mattress from bed-e-buys 5 years ago, which was a great experience and we were very happy with our purchase. However a few weeks ago we thought our mattress may have a fault and raised claim under the warranty. The mattress was assessed and found to be fine but bed-e-buys took the claim very seriously. Denise managed the claim directly with the supplier and kept us informed the whole way through via emails and calls. Thank you so much for looking after us so well, 5 years after our purchase!”

“Fantastic roast dinners well worth the money, really nice cafe with very friendly staff and atmosphere they even have a dog floating around his name is Deacon and he likes beef! We've been around a bit lately trying roast dinners including The Stag, Ring O Bells in Hinton Blewitt, Hope & Anchor in Midford, Castle Farm etc... and this little gem in Batheaston has been the best overall experience out the lot. Me and my father thoroughly enjoy coming here to Cafe 25 and we highly recommend it. Right now we're not interested in trying anywhere else as we've found and settled on this lovely little place. If you do come make sure to show Deacon your appreciation by giving him a little meat and he will be truly grateful. “Jennifer greeted me when I first came in to do some research into buying a new mattress. She was absolutely charming and so knowledgeable. When I came back with my partner to buy a mattress, Zach helped us and was so helpful. His service was fantastic and nothing was too much trouble. Their manager of the store (forgotten his name sorry) was also incredibly helpful and lovely when we spoke with him at the end of the process. Thank you to the whole team who made a laborious and overwhelming task an absolute pleasure!”

“REALLY polite service. Me and my friend ate here for breakfast- we bought fluffy pancakes (one plate each), an ice latte and a Diet Coke. The drinks were perfect with a decent amount and we each got 2 pancakes on our plate- there is a variety of options for toppings on the pancakes- I got berry compote and my friend got the Cadbury's chocolate spread and banana- Each had a large amount of topping and it was warm and freshly cooked. Would definitely come back again!”
