βAlthough tiny in comparison to most motorway services it had all the services you would expect. Top marks as it was clean and tidy, and all staff friendly and helpful. Lots of parking and again none of the litter you can find at similar places. The old services were very grand with the Severn Bridge viewpoint - worth walking to if you have the time and the weather is fine.β

βToday I visited M&M in Avonmouth and had a great experience! The service was quick and excellent. The guy who served me had a really polite and friendly manner, which made the visit even more pleasant. I also noticed two other staff members working very hard behind the counter, keeping things running smoothly even though it was quite busy at the time. I asked for an extra topping on my pizza, and my server kindly said, βItβs on me β no charge.β That small gesture honestly made my day, and I truly appreciated it. The pizza was absolutely delicious, and Iβll definitely be coming back to this store again. Great food and amazing service β highly recommend!β

βVery friendly man! :-) My fiancΓ© and I went here after being recommended by his coworker. We do late night HGV work so we decided to hop by and see how good it was. The food was delicious, he communicated well and made sure our order was correct. Our takeaway box was filled. We had trouble closing it! So he definitely gave us a big portion for ordering a small. Definitely worth the money then. Heβs a very nice man! The reviews are definitely from the person who owned it before him. This location is new for him so please give this place a shot!β

βI recently grabbed a bite at Favourite Grill, and I have to say, it was a pretty solid experience overall. Let's start with the chicken burger. It was genuinely delicious, especially with that garlic mayo. The mayo added a nice, tangy kick that paired perfectly with the well-seasoned, tender chicken patty. Itβs not often you find a place that nails the balance of flavors like this. Then there's the cheeseburger. Wow. It was super juicy, and the combination of burger sauce and garlic mayo was spot on. Every bite was bursting with flavor, and the patties were cooked just right. Juicy but not greasy, which is a tricky balance to achieve. And the chips? He made the wait enjoyable with his friendly banter and upbeat attitude. It's always a plus when the staff are personable and seem to genuinely enjoy what they're doing. As for the takeaway itself, itβs also halal, which is fantastic for those looking for halal options in the area. The place does look a little rundown from the outside, which might put some people off at first glance. But don't let that fool you. Inside, it was cleaner than I expected. Honestly, it probably deserves more than the 3 out of 5 hygiene rating it hasβIβd comfortably give it a 4. Overall, Favourite Grill is a bit of a hidden gem. Great food, great service, and a welcoming vibe. If you're in the mood for a tasty, no-fuss meal, give this place a try. You wonβt be disappointed.β

βGot this kebab after 9 pints - had an out of body experience such a good sauce to meat/bread ratio legit felt like i was being raptured. I saw god after i ate this chicken wrap and watched some excellent tele whilst i wolfed it down at a pace usain bolt would be impressed by.
