“The pharmacist (Peter I think) was very kind and took his time explaining everything to me and answering my questions. There was a man shouting and swearing about the council (completely unrelated to the pharmacy, absolutely nothing to do with them) and he dealt with him in a very professional, patient and courteous manner. The rest of the staff were very professional and helped the other customers there as there was quite a long queue.”

“Convenient little Tesco in the retail unit part of a small block of apartments, where the old Cashmans building built 1912 used to stand. It’s best feature is that it is Convenient, easy and quick to get to and the long opening hours come in handy when you need something early or late. Staff have been on the whole excellent, although I normally use the self-service, that way I get a receipt. It is a habit of a few places, not just Tesco, lately at the checkout not to ask or give a receipt. Call me old-fashioned but I do regard them as essential. It doesn’t have the range of a normal Tesco and sometimes popular items, especially on sale go out of stock, then they have to wait for a scheduled delivery by 44ton Truck and Trailer. Some items are good, especially their own pizza’s, the best and cheap compared to a Restaurant. Several items but not all can be cheaper like snacks and especially liquid refreshment, like water and 500ml Pepsi max, 1.25litre Pepsi max. Overall sometimes items on sale at a good price regularly, pleasant, fuss free experience, convenience, especially hours and some excellent food items. One last reason is Tesco Clubcard, I have my points converted to Air Miles so it is invaluable to keep my balance going between trips so it doesn’t expire and they do have Clubcard offers for holders from time to time in store, like Pizza.”

However, to top it off, very surprised at how accommodating they were when I informed them that a battery had gone faulty. They contacted the manufacturers themselves and although they advised that batteries are not covered under warranty, out of their good will Mad4Tools ordered a replacement for us which arrived very quickly. It's very rare these days to get this level of customer service so I am very impressed and grateful towards Mad4Tools and their staff.”

So one of the staff, Chloe, set me up with the 24 hour prescription collection point. Now I get an NHS message to say when my prescription is ready and I can just turn up any time, key in a code and be done in under a minute. Amazing service.”

Prescription had been sent unfortunately to another pharmacy electronically but the team very helpfully managed to retrieve the item from the nhs spine and issued it in good time. At all times they were helpful and polite and prompt and went out of their way to help . Although I am a medic I did not disclose that during the interaction as a did not feel I needed to. well done and thanks”

“After a different Halfords Branch cancelled MOT, I rebooked here very last minute and was able to get a same day MOT. I arrived at 10:45 and it was completed by 11:50. I was able to stay in reception where they have seating along with a TV to watch the MOT being carried out on the 4 cameras which is a fantastic feature vs through a window! The people working on reception today (30th Sept) were very kind to all customers, very calm and interested in what myself and others had to say. A prime example of great customer service which the Filton branch could learn from.”

That's somebody you would distinguish among a quite-quitting dozen of other people. He greeted me as we bumped into each other in the shop, and gave me good advice for my shopping after listening to my needs. He helped find a good deal, saved me time and possible shopping mistakes(his solid product knowledge also scores 10/10). I must have visited Sports Direct around five times, but always left empty handed. This time instead, a genuine asked "Hi there! How are you?" made the difference, and actually gave me a positive mindset to opt for quality, other than low cost quantity rubbish. Such a kind of individual sadly remains a rarity nowdays, and I think a promotion is the least he would deserve. May they be recognised as a good example. They asked if I would like to wait as the delivery was due shortly so I sat down and not long after the delivery was made my huge bag of medication was bagged up and ready despite a lot of medication waiting to be put away.
