“Amazing service from start to finish! We had the 'Swiftie' sleepover setup for 6 x 10 year olds and it exceeded our expectations by a mile. Attention to detail was second to none and Lisa was so accomodating to everything. Thanks again, would highly recommend!”
“Really nice gym with treadmills by large windows with a decent view. Good range of machined and helpful staff.”
“I would like to say a big thank you to 2 of your amazing fitness instructors Sally and Jess. Not only have they helped me with growing my confidence going to the gym they have also encouraged me to do some classes and helped me with my fitness journey. They are an absolute pleasure to do their classes, they are easy to approach and are helpful with any questions and an asset to your company. Thank you so much Sally & Jess Vicky x”
“The place is fantastic, the swimming pools are big, there are like 3 of the. The swimming classes are finally something real, teachers seem to care. The staff im reception is very nice. They also have an inflatable in the cafe, so kids love it.”
“Great leisure centre. A good range of classes and instructors. Great value”
“Fantastic swimming teaching. My son has been going to lessons weekly, ran by Jason at New Siblands Primary School pool in Thornbury for nearly 3 years now. He has progressed so much quicker in groups of 1-3 at Swim4Sure than in larger groups at the leisure center in the past. The water at this pool is a nice warm temperature, the kids don't get cold and can concentrate on swimming. The teachers are really enthusiastic, knowledgeable and experienced in teaching swimming swimming. We've now just started my 2.5 year old daughter with swimming lessons here too, can't wait to see her swimming unaided! Highly recommended”
“These classes have been amazing for my boy to learn and gain confidence in the water! All who do the lessons in Bristol are fantastic and worth the cost!”
“Spotless well run with beautiful pool steam sauna and gym i just love it here. I am a member but im treated very well by staff and residents.”
“Superb welcome and class, wonderful teacher. Thank you, Abi, I had a great time with the twins. A great introduction to the water for the little ones.”
“My son and I (and occasionally his granny) have really enjoyed our lessons here. Lee-Anne is not only lovely but a great teacher who really cares about the babies (and parents). I would highly recommend both Water Babies and the classes here (although the changing rooms are not the best); my son loves being in the water and has really got to grips with important safety teaching like holding on to the side of the pool.”
“Great lessons, very helpful swim teacher and a nice pool.”
“Best swimming teachers ever and such a lovely pool for little ones to learn to swim.”

“It has now become a seriously good gym...we went to the new Pure Gym for 3 weeks ..showers never hot...only 6 spin bikes...(although they were much better than the very old ones at Parish)...at £28 per month including classes, swimming, off peak badminton you can't go wrong.”
“Stayed at Hilton Hotel on weekend deal, use of Club as part of deal. 2 Lane swimming pool, Sauna, Steam Room (our favourite) lockers. Didn't eat in Club but food looked good on next table. All staff friendly and welcoming.”
“My son and a large group of his friends from a grass-roots football team had a social event held here. They enjoyed bowling and putify and was well fed with chips and pizza. All in all a great choice for such an event and would definitely recommend.”
“Great for family's. Big free car park, leisure centre with all the normal indoor and outdoor activities but also has lots of open space for kids to play including a playpark section, walks around the woodland area and pond, plus the museum is great to look around. Good day out for all”
“The local pool I have been suing is now temporarily closed and I was looking for another pool and this one was ideal as it is near a bus stop so combined with my birthday bus pass I hope to use this during the month of April as it will cost me nothing to get there apart from time!! I struggled to get into the website for booking - the session I had looked quiet and turned up and the receptionist took my details and booked me in cost just over £4 - good value for money for a 50 minute swim that I needed Staff were very good and attentive and hope to be back during the month of April but I think i am still struggling to get back in - but will e-mail”
“No one is rating it? It’s a gym. It’s minimalistic and you MUST avoid times when the school kids are swarming it. It has what Lydney gym is missing: nice legS machines :)”
“Glamping at its best. We stayed in a lovely pod. Decor inside was great bed was super comfy. Loved the hot tub the rain didn't put us off. A mirror in the bathroom would have been nice but all in all a great get away and worth a visit”
“Perfect if you have an early flight out of Bristol airport. Nothing fancy in the cabin, great location. Pub / food 5 min walk away. 3 miles from the airport.”
