βThe level of teaching is amazing, my 5yo son has gained so much more confidence since starting swimming lessons here. Tried lessons at another pool in the past and moved him due to poor teaching. The building looks very tired and could do with some real investment to tidy it up whilst keeping its historic charm.β
βI absolutely love Nuffield Bristol North - I teach Zumba, Kids Multi-circuit and Fitness Pilates here and have done for may years. The club is super friendly, both members and staff with up to date equipment plus 100's of awesome classes with enthusiastic instructors like me! There's a creche, kids classes, swimming lessons which makes the club perfect for families and it's a really good price if you look around and compare clubs. Come to my class and say 'hello' - I'd love to help you on your fitness journey.β
βGreat service when I had a problem after having our hotsprings hot top from new 8 years ago and now running perfectly again. Also great to be able to purchase my chemicals etc from Chepstow, instead of having to travel over the bridge to Bristol. Thanks again guys for all your help and ongoing support.β

βI just wanted to thank the lake for providing a great venue for open water swimming, swim coaching, diving, and paddle boarding. The staff's consistent helpfulness and the inviting atmosphere, coupled with the recent enhancements to the lake, are particularly noteworthy. I eagerly anticipate future improvements and the upcoming launch of Bruce.β
βI believe 5 stars are not enough to show the level of satisfaction of our stay at the Manor House. Right from the get go, we were met by professionalism by the wonderful girls at the reception. A mix up with the room selection, was handled immediately, with a smile, (with a better room) and with complementary drinks. When this is the first impression, you just know your stay will be 10/10. And it was! During our stay we pretty much experienced the full level of hospitality at the Manor House, dined at the Michelin star By Brook restaurant, had amazing cocktails by the bar's fireplace, walked around the grounds, experienced Castle Inn cousine, enjoyed the lovely autumn colors of the British countryside. Special shout out to Declan at the bar, his cocktail suggestions were spot on! All in all a prefect stay, super recommended.β
βI took my nephew to this park today and it instantly hit me with a wave of nostalgia. This was the very same park I used to visit as a little one with my family. I remember happily walking down Happy Lane, a narrow footpath decorated with creative artwork from amazing people, though sadly a few have vandalised it with white or pink scribbles. Itβs an incredible place that holds so much sentimental value for me. My nephew had an amazing time and especially loved the swings. I was glad to see theyβd kept the splash pool too. I have fond memories of splashing around in it as a kid, and seeing him enjoy the park made it feel like my childhood smile had been passed down to him. Itβs funny and beautiful how life works sometimes. Nostalgia truly is a gift.β
βLovely lodge everything you need. Kids very impressed with WiFi. Bistro on site amazing food and value for money cost online with any pub you go to staff all lovely. 15m drive to bath ( in bath no free parking for disabled and expensive ) Only complaint was did put on booking someone with mobility issue but parking on a slight incline (luckily the person with mobility issues didn't come) so was not a issue in this occasion but could of been. Curtains a bit frayed but no means spoilt the visit. Would def go back.β
βWe headed down to Clevedon Marine Lake for a summer solstice swim β my wife, a few friends, and me β and it was honestly the perfect way to mark the longest day. This time of year, the lake is unbeatable. The water was clear, the mood was relaxed, and the pontoon in the middle was a hit with the kids (and yes, I couldn't resist a few somersaults myself). Itβs a great spot for all ages β plenty of space for serious swimmers, but also for those just there for a splash and a laugh. Loads of fair-weather swimmers like us enjoying a refreshing evening dip. Iβve dabbled in winter swimming here tooβ¦ others are clearly tougher than me, but full credit to them! Year-round, itβs such a brilliant community space.β
βAn excellent climbing wall with a great range of routes - try it, you'll love it! The Auto-belays make it feel very safe to climb and push your limits, and it's a wonderful way to do a whole body workout. Staff are so helpful, attentive and encouraging to new users.β
βMore gyms in one place than I've ever seen, and uni gyms weren't like these in my day! Oh what a time to be alive. And a student.β

βBooked the Swim and Eat package. We really enjoyed the 2-hour window access to the pool, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna, followed by a delicious mealβ
βExcellent leisure centre. We use for childrenβs swimming lessons - excellent teachers. The cafe facilities are brilliant! We have held 2 childrenβs parties here and both been well organised, reasonable cost and left me with very happy childrenβ
βI took my school here for a tennis tournament and was impressed with the facilities and the quality of the courts.β
βWe had a great time today. It was the first time either myself or my son had tried paddleboarding, so we had a lesson with one of the instructors, Cam. He was great. He explained everything clearly and was very pleasant, knowledgeable and patient. We both managed to stand up on our boards. It was busy, which was to be expected on a warm, summer holiday Sunday, but all of the staff were friendly and welcoming. I am sure we will be back!β
βThe employees of this gym are very nice, friendly, professional, very attentive to the needs of those around them, the gym is clean, orderly all the time, the machines and weights work, you can find everything you need inside the gym, jacuzzi, sauna, swimming pool, massage salon, cafe, beauty salon and many others. Instead, a large part of all this can be included in a monthly subscription at a price that anyone can afford.β
βVery quiet and peaceful place. Very hard to become a member but it worth the wait.β
βGreat centre, clean, professional, great availability of equipment. A little on a pricy side with memberships starting from about Β£70 a month but it looks like a price worth paying for a clean and professional environment.β
βCan't recommend Greg and the HD team highly enough! My two kids and I did our Open Water course with HD. From the pool classes to the open water referral dives, everything was done in a relaxed, enjoyable, SAFE way. Greg has to be one of the most calm people around - it clearly rubs off on all other dive instructors too!β
βAmazing service from start to finish! We had the 'Swiftie' sleepover setup for 6 x 10 year olds and it exceeded our expectations by a mile. Attention to detail was second to none and Lisa was so accomodating to everything. Thanks again, would highly recommend!β

βGlamping at its best. We stayed in a lovely pod. Decor inside was great bed was super comfy. Loved the hot tub the rain didn't put us off. A mirror in the bathroom would have been nice but all in all a great get away and worth a visitβ
βAttended a child's party with my 5 year old. The facilities are good, a large multipurpose hall and good changing facilities and small gym.β
βTook my daughter to the accessible swimming session, great staff, clean facilities, we will be back.β
βUsed the swimming pool for the first time with 2 children (11 & 6). Booked online via the app. It's really quick and easy to use. Pool was lovely, clean changing rooms, lovely staff members, and we went when they had the toys and floats out, which was a bonus. Kids had a fab time. Will definitely go again.β

βThe staff are amazing at St Paul's and the classes are the best. Al's spin and boot camp classes are tough but fun. He's a great instructor and puts a huge amount of time and effort into making his classes different every time. You never know what you're going to get, and he takes inspiration from lots of other fitness programmes out there. Sharon's HITT, pump, and balance classes are fantastic, too. A super lady. The numbers Sharon gets in all classes speak volumes. Many of us have been going for years, and she's had a huge impact on our lives. Both instructors have a cult following!β
βLike a second home, and one of the trainers Pedro is great would recommendβ
