“Amazing stay, we absolutely loved everything about the kings arms. The setting is a beautiful little village and the building has a very interesting history, the rooms are amazing and super comfortable. The staff are friendly, marcos the owner was such a nice person. We got put into the bishops room for the night which was bigger than what we had booked. We then booked a table for food and drinks and it was all magnificent. We will definitely be planning a trip to stay here again.”

“Korean food is one of my favourite cuisines. We don't have proper BBQ Korean place in Bristol which it would be a hit if anyone wants to open! The food were amazing when I went they all super tasty, simple but perfect. If you like spicy food here's the place for you. We ordered A LOT; pork bulgogi, Dukbokki, pancake, spicy fried chicken and some extra kimchi. I like the way good restaurant doesn't need to have extravaganza deco or building but just really good food. O would recommend to get there early if you're looking for dinner time this place gets busy very quickly every night. Very reasonable price and staff is so lovely.”

“Have been going to this chip shop since it opened and have always been treated very by staff. Never had an issue with food served (sometimes very generous with the portions, what is never an issue as the food is gorgeous). Ordered last night and got a large rather than a small cheesy chips (again not the first time this has happened, and I'll always be humble about that). Overall, staff are lovely, shop is always delightfully warm or cold depending on the weather, food is always quick even when made to order!”

“My second visit whilst visiting Bristol from Newport. This place is epic, some items could be a bit cheaper but it's absolutely brilliant and sells everything! Items like rare Brut Musk deodorant to great blackout curtains and tea sets. It's neat and tidy and just had a simple, old school feel to it, still haven't fully explored it, looking forward to my next visit. Cafe looks simple yet decent, turning over nicely (11:30am ish).”

“This place is local to me and is ALWAYS busy, but not in an overcrowded way. It's just super popular, so make sure you book ahead online. The atmosphere is super great, like a lot of lounge bars that have become popular in recent times. At Mokka, the prices are great and the staff are so nice. I have a nut allergy and the staff were super helpful. The food is delicious, and the burger was really good. I highly recommend it. I'm a greedy guy and I was stuffed by the end.”

I'm not really a fan of Italian food but I fianlly met up with some friends and they suggested this place so went with it. I have to admit this was the best Italian meal I've ever had and would happily go back.”

“Went here for the first time in years. Was able to get the wood I needed for the renovation job I am currently doing in my house. Was able to park in their yard. Wood was cut to size and carried to my car and loaded for me. Was very happy with the service.”

“Popped in here as we are visiting my in laws in the area, needed a few bits as well as an Argos collection. Found everything we wanted and the Argos collection was easy and smooth. Super pleased with the Cerave stand with lots of products as Cerave is my go-to, really happy to find a small travel tube of moisturiser which is really convenient. Nice checkout staff too. As we have an electric car we were really pleased to see a nectar deal for car charging.”

“I've been ordering from Lin Nam for 13 years since moving to Kingswood and I've never ever had a bad meal. Wouldn't even consider ordering from anywhere else now as I've been caught out before trying other places and they just aren't anywhere near as nice. The salt and pepper chips are exceptional. Delivery is always speedy and top quality food.”

“Visited with wife in November 2025. Overall had a very good experience, food was spot on, staff friendly, good atmosphere. The order on tablet worked well, with options to customize food, add/remove items. Wife had beef burger and I had panko chicken burger, we both enjoy our food and will likely visit again.”

“We came to bath with no real plans and came across this GBK- the one near where we live closed down a while ago (Canterbury) and we’ve missed it ever since so had to stop by and it did not disappoint one bit. Incredible burgers and fries- the wings seasoning was a little average but overall the meal was superb”
