“My dog Cookie had spay surgery in Vets4Pets Clevedon and I am absolutely amazed with the level of care. We have received exceptional service from Iwona (the vet) and Amy (the nurse), who were very professional and informative, and everyone else that we have spoken to was very friendly and professional too. The cut was small, well dressed, no complications afterwards, wound healed very quickly. The cost was also reasonable, for £300 we had consultation before the surgery, surgery with dog being almost the whole day looked after in the clinic, post surgery check up, pain medication and collar to take home, as well as a can of recovery food. They have also rang the next day to ask how was Cookie. Very happy customer.”
“Such a warm and lovely team. Summerview is brilliant. The Doctors Surgery at Vauxhall could learn a lot from seeing how they operate. The staff at Summerview are kind, understanding and welcoming.”
“Our 22 year old cat has a small lump on her bottom eye lid. She hates going in the car and gets very agitated and stressed. I took a picture of her eye and the vet on duty gave free advice that it was nothing to worry about. Our cat has been with this practice all her long life and we have always found them to be first class.”
“Been going to this vet for many years. They are excellent. Very caring and have saved the life of my current dog when he was bitten by an Adder. You can usually get an appointment within 24 hours - try that with your GP! Would recommend to all pet owners.”
“I’ve used Rowe vets for a number of years now. Having moved to Wales I will still make the trip to Bristol as the help, advice and care my three dogs have always received has been exceptional. Thank you to the whole Rowe team”
“My cats came home well fed and happy!! What more could I ask for? Lovely setting (and outlook for the cats) and had a reassuring conversation with the owners and staff before I left for holiday. They clearly got to know my cats during my week away and gave me individual feedback. Would recommend.”
“Following an escalating series of unpredictable & unprovoked human & canine biting incidents, the last of which was really serious for the other dog, we took the gut wrenching decision to euthanise our lovely 2 year old rescue terrier Harry. We already loved Harry dearly & - I think - he us. He was, 95% of the time, an absolute bright delight, but his rage was coming out of the blue each time & his ferocity had escalated to a point that he was clearly trying to kill. We will never know what awful things he had been through to trigger this periodic aggression, but when the red mist descended, he was a danger to himself, us & any child or dog he met. Robin the vet was amazing, carefully taking us through all our (limited) options on the phone at home after the latest incident. Once our decision was made, he advised on meds at home so we could bring Harry (who could not normally travel in a car or be put on a lead without becoming hysterical) in without any further distress. We were both in bits when we arrived & the receptionists were incredibly kind. Robin showed such compassion & respect for Harry & for us & Harry was never distressed at any point during the final process. If anyone finds themselves needing advice & support in a similar situation I could not recommend this practice, & Robin in particular, more highly. RIP little Harry, our "Ginger Ninja"”
“My staffy, Harley and PugX, Yaddle, seem to have had a positive experience. We were let down last minute by our regular dog sitter and I called to discuss my dogs and their needs before booking. They were very positive and helpful on the phone, understanding that my dogs have never been left with anyone they don’t know and due to their histories (both are rescues) can be nervous around other dogs. My husband and I both work from home so they’re never alone! We dropped them off and I was so anxious about leaving them but the place was clean and the staff were nice. I collected them today and they were calm and happy. I’m so grateful for their last minute saving the day and will definitely use them again.”
“We had been struggling to find a solution to our dog's ongoing skin condition for over 2 years, which was significantly impacting his quality of life. We had been seeing a conventional vet trying to control it using conventional veterinary medicine, consisting of a cocktail of drugs, which seemed to be masking the symptoms rather than dealing with the problem, as well as affecting his mood and making him seem depressed. We knew about Nick the Holistic Vet from Facebnok and we were keen to try a more 'Holistic' approach, so asked to be referred by our vets. Thankfully, after our initial consultation Nick was keen to work with us as he was confident that he could help us improve our dog's quality of life. From the outset we felt that Nick was very receptive to our comments observations, and concerns and genuinely listened to us. Nick always took the time to explain things to us and was very thorough in his approach, exploring multiple avenues to ensure that we ruled out certain clinical conditions. Throughout the treatment we always felt that Nick worked with us as part of a team, so felt wholly part of the process. With Nick's guidance we put in a number of changes to our dog's diet and took care to control his internal and external environment with regards to exposure to allergens, and added in specific protocols recommended by Nick, including homeopathic remedies. We now have a nine year old dog that is happy and energetic, full of zest for life, and often people think he is much younger than his years. We continue to receive advice and support from Nick and will continue to do so in the future. We have no hesitation in recommending Nick if you are looking for a Holistic approach.”
“Can't recommend the Widcombe branch enough. Had a poorly cat who had been retching badly for over 24 hours. The care and attention is fantastic. From the kind manner of the receptionist to the honest straightforward advice from Clara the vet.”
“Rosemarie and Guy have gone above and beyond to look after our elderly cat while we've been away. She became poorly the day we left for holiday, and they kept a close eye on her, kept in touch and took her to the vet, then the hospital. We came home but, once she had been given the all clear from the vet, we were able to continue our holiday, knowing she was in very safe and caring hands. I can highly recommend Rosie Posie Pet Services!”
“Kind, caring vets/nurses that do all they can to help your animal. Transparent with pricing and do what they can to keep costs at a minimum for you. Healthy Pet Club has 100% been worth it too. Highly recommend!”

“Our cat Doris was referred to Nightingale to spend the night after a day of treatment at Chalkland Vets round the corner. The vet, Pam, looked after her extremely well, and their communication both with us and Chalkland was perfect and really helped Doris to recover as quickly as possible. I would absolutely trust Nightingale in case of an emergency- I hope I never have to!”
“Freindly staff Quick unloading.”
“Fantastic team, they have really helped my dog after his two TPLO surgeries. Highly recommend!”
“I am just finishing the fourth course of the Behaviour Bundle. All four corses have been amazing - Clare Wilson is incredibly knowledgable, her notes and webinars are supported by real cases to work through and loads of extra resources. I really feel that I have learned an enormous amount which will improve the way I handle behaviour problems in the future. I have regularly used vetcpd courses for my CPD. There is such a wide variety to choose from and I have always found them to have high quality content and helpful tutors. I can also work at my own pace when convenient for me. I would recommend them to anyone.”
